Food was good and service was nice. The store was also clean which is nice

The team working the Moanalua location at 4:15pm on 3/19/26 was doing a great job!

Ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes and got charged for it but received 2 tacos without the sour cream. Very disappointing.

Great best workers are super nice and helpful, dine in is a littel loud with their music but good. Food alway great.

nothing worse than waiting 45 minutes in a drive thru just to find out that you’re missing 33% of your order. make sure you check your bag before leaving the window!

Serena, I hope im spelling that correct. She is incredible. We go here ALOT… like embarrassingly too much. But EVERY single time I see her she always has a smile on her face and has the absolute best customer service I’ve ever seen. She needs a promotion, raise, or to leave Taco Bell and go somewhere that she can make tips!! The absolute sweetest employee I’ve ever met anywhere. Props to you boo!!!!!

This location started changing extra for simple items that comes part of the meal. I usually order a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla and they’ve stopped giving me sour cream and salsa packet. When asked about it they stated it would cost extra

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that this place wants you to use the kiosk but they only have 2. People were waiting on measurements I put my order in..caused me to rush and leave some things out since I couldn't find them right away.

If you go through the drive through, order sauce, CHECK FOR THE SAUCE!! They don’t pay attention and give you what you paid for. They will look at you like you’re crazy when you bring it up as well; check the receipt and still gaslight you.

I was the only person in the drive thru from beginning to end but they still managed to make my order wrong. Charge me but give me no receipt for my order. Then give me a hard time about me checking my food after receiving it. Good thing I did, the order was all wrong, all the way down to the size of the drink. I understand it's 9am but why should I pay in time and money for a wrong order with horrible service after I finished a 14hr shift?strongly suggest either not going to this location or just rob the place cause that's the value of the service to receive.
