Taco Bell - Honolulu (Waialae Ave)

I stop by from time time. The prices are reasonable.

A little busy, but nothing crazy. The food here feels like it was actually made correctly which is unheard of from taco bell these days lol.

It’s an average Taco Bell, but I do wish they were more staffed as it’s evident when you walk in that they aren’t prepared for rushes. I’m a frequent visitor and it takes a little for my order to be ready, but I wouldn’t blame the employees because they are trying their hardest.

Waiting 20 minutes for your order, while watching and listening to the food prep staff talk story, laugh, and have fun is ridiculous. And seeing gthem kick food storage was also not something to see. The poor young man at the counter had to deal other with unhappy customers that waited too long. Unacceptable! The manager played around too. This was at the Kahala Mall Taco Bell, 01/18/2026,@ approx 3:25 pm to 3:44 pm.

Lady at the counter in the PM is a sweetheart and food is decent for Taco Bell but wow this place gets busy and isn’t really equipped for it. I’m waiting 30+ minutes for a small mobile order

Staff here look so angry like they just wanna cook and bring food out and not want to talk to any customers. Please put a sign to use the kiosk only. Also too many birds from outside cone in and poop on the floor.

Wow such great and amazing service with Held!!! Held always greets the customers with a smile and is so polite! The tacos are the best ever ! All the workers are busy and getting the great tacos to the customers in a quick way ! They are a good team working together from everything I see and experience! It’s the best Taco Bell that I’ve seen ! Mahalo

My wife and I visited Honolulu for the third time, and on all three occasions, we ate often at Taco Bell in the Kahala Mall. We love the burritos and soft tacos. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, even speaking to me in Spanish when they discovered that was my language. They always made us feel welcome. Kudos to them.

This is the best Taco Bell on the island!!! So good. Here's a hack tho, order from the app on the way to the mall or from the parking lot!!! This place is worth the wait! I got exactly what I wanted, hot, and delicious! Thank you Kahala Taco Bell!!!

Food is fine. It’s a Taco Bell. The employees could stand to be less awkward. I was waiting at the mobile order pick up counter, trying to get somebody’s attention. The employee at the register was avoiding eye contact with me, even though there was nobody in his line. Very helpful.
