Taco Bell - Honolulu (Salt Lake Blvd)
About
Mid-Pacific Convenience in Salt Lake
When you are navigating the traffic near the airport and craving a quick, familiar bite, this Taco Bell serves as a reliable pit stop. Situated right along the busy corridor of Salt Lake Boulevard, it is the kind of place where the neon purple sign cuts through the tropical humidity of Honolulu evenings. Whether you are grabbing a late-night Crunchwrap Supreme or a box of classic tacos after a long day at the nearby parks, the service is built for efficiency rather than lingering.
A Local Quick-Stop Essential
The interior echoes the typical fast-food rhythm: the faint hum of soda machines, the occasional beep of a kitchen timer, and the shuffle of locals grabbing a fast meal on their way to the west side. It’s an unpretentious spot where the focus remains squarely on the menu staples—bean burritos, seasoned beef, and those addictive cinnamon twists. You might notice the parking lot gets a bit snug during the dinner rush, so keep an eye out for tight maneuvers near the drive-thru lane.
This location is ideal for residents and commuters who need consistency in their meal routine without the wait times of a formal sit-down restaurant. It is a straightforward, no-frills experience that delivers the hot, crispy, and spicy flavors you expect from the brand while you’re out running errands in the heart of the Salt Lake neighborhood.

Ordered taco supreme. They gave me regular tacos. Was too hungry inquire. Also pretty sure they gave me regular Pepsi and not diet cause it made me sleepy like sugar soda does. Sad part was there was no line in drive thru. 9pm on a Friday. Now I know why there was no line.

Website and app needs to be updated to reflect actual hours. They reflect this 4510 Salt Lake Blvd location opens at 7:00am on Sunday. I ordered on the app and paid for a half dozen breakfast burritos for students only to learn they don’t open until 7:30m on Sunday.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but our experience at this Taco Bell was AWFUL. We waited longer than we would've waited in a sit-down, full-service restaurant, with no communication regarding the wait (over 20 minutes!). They were pumping out orders to the drive-thru and seemed to disregard dining room guests. We got two tacos, a mexican pizza, small nacho fries, and two drinks and it was over $30 - ridiculous! The tacos were lacking toppings and I couldn't eat the bottom layer of the Mexican pizza because it was LOADED with onions - unreasonably so. I added onion and asked for extra tomatoes, but just got a literal handful of onion. The fries were super soggy and cold. We are so bummed. Seriously avoid this location.

Nice taco bell. Staff was friendly food is what you expect. Fast prep didn't have to wsot long after food was ordered before receiving it.

The food is still decent. Considering its a TacoBell. But the SERVICE IS THERE. I always have a great conversation/chit-chat from the staff and always friendly. I show up sporadically a few times a month and it brings me joy. If they haven't gotten their machine fixed. Please fix it. It botheres constomers and makes the staff unable to hear through the window. 7/8.

If you hire someone to work, make sure they actually work to represent your business well. Like say Hello and thank you. Bad enough, we wait a long time and most times our orders are wrong and your employee has no people skills. Sad to say but this is not the only time and location like this.

While the food is undeniably good, using the app for ordering can sometimes be a bit tricky, as it may not consistently update the availability of certain items at specific locations. It's worth noting that the frozen drinks can be a hit or miss, adding an element of unpredictability to the overall experience. Despite these minor considerations, the culinary offerings remain a highlight, making it a reliable choice for those seeking delicious meals with a side of occasional app-related surprises.

Food's alright, but it'll take a minute for you to even get to order, let alone get your order. About 75% of the time you'll get your order taken right, and the price is still pretty high for what used to be food less than a dollar just a few years back.
