Subway - Honolulu (Ala Moana Blvd Ul-6C)

Meatball+Chipotle=perfect

Arrived at eight 8 AM because I wanted Subway on my flight home waited 20 minutes and no one arrived to open the store. Finally had to go and catch my flight without my subway sandwiches.

Went here to get a sub that was called a turkey italiano before the updated menu. The cashier refused to make it because it wasn’t currently listed on the menu. I’ve been to subways all over the country and this is the first time I’ve had an issue like this. Tried doing research to see if subway changed their policies and they have not.

Had food here once for dinner. Food was fresh and tasted good. There is no public restrooms here and the sanitization stations were empty. Friendly staff members.

It’s funny, I read just about everyone else’s reviews and they were treated so kindly however when my black family showed up one of the ladies refused to serve us. She walked off when got to counter and another lady had to come out and help us. She got food for our sandwiches from the back. Worst experience ever at subway. There’s another subway further up the street I would recommend if you’re ever in Waikiki area. They even have the nerve to have a sign saying they have the right to refuse service to anyone like what business feels they need to say that, how welcoming. I know it probably doesn’t matter how poorly they make food and treat people because they’re in such a highly touristy area with inconsistent customers everyday but still kindness a very long way.

The cashier was not friendly and it sounded she was in a bad mood. No eye contact while attending us. Breakfast menu did not include french toast. Not coming to this specific store. Look elsewhere.

It is a very small shop but the service was great and the portions were on the larger size. It is within walking distance of many of the shops. And it was very clean and well managed. Well done.

I recently visited this Subway and thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich- ordered the 6 inch ultimate BMT and it was packed with meat, fresh and crunchy vegetables, and I always add oil and vinegar and salt and pepper. Friendly and helpful staff, and clean atmosphere. I’ll be back soon.

Ordered breakfast this morning, very famished. Had Stake , Eggs cheese. Never in my wildest dreams.. this was very tasty and very clean, great customer service, and always have an open ears to listen to customers detail on trimmings for their sandwiches.

I’ve lived in this building for a year now and I cannot say one time I had a pleasant experience at this Subway. Very stingy with veggies and from what I’ve heard the owner of this location harasses the employees at other locations for using the proper portions. In the evenings the food is laid on trays directly on top of the bane, putting the food in the temperature danger zone. Save yourself some stress, money, and stomach aches by walking one block away for a much friendlier and healthier lunch break.
