Subway - Honolulu (Kilauea Avenue)

Quite rude experience. Very little addition of veggies as well

Once again, a friendly, efficient, fast and delicious experience! These people care about service and their customers. Something rare these days.

THEY WONT GOVE ME MY MONEY BACK I SOENT $20 ON TWO FOOTLONGS AND SAID THEY DONT TAKE ORDERS PASS 7PM.

Once again...another excellent experience! The two young women that helped us were friendly, fast and quite thorough. The food was fresh, well prepared and delicious! What else can I say? ☺

The lady who looks like might be the owner of this subway franchise always seems to have a demeanor that is not very customer service oriented. This will be my final visit to this particular subway until things change or we have a new owner/employee at the face of this subway.

This is the worst subway ever, every single time I go in there’s a Asian lady, very un happy, she charges me over every time, she says the scan doesn’t work to scan the subway rewards, doesn’t even try to give us what we ask for! This location should be closed down!

Worker Jenny would not accept midweek coupon for footlong sandwich. There was nothing on coupon as to why i coulndt use it. Became very aggitated and disrespectful towards me as a customer. This got to be the worst subway location on island of oahu.. Sorry I would NEVER go there again. and recommend nobody goes there as well. I wish i could give zero stars if i could.

Worst Subway experience...the lady wasn't friendly at all and was super stingy with all the ingredients then on top of that said she would charge me extra since I asked her for more black olives. It's crazy to me that we are now paying $13 for a mediocre sandwich and are still hungry after. I'm never coming back here again and hope this place goes out or business for ripping me off.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service was horrible. There was this older man in front of me when I went and he was taking a little while to figure out what he wanted and probably couldn't hear too well. While he was trying to figure out what to get the owner begins slamming the counter to try to get his attention. She then roughly talks to him saying to hurry up because there is a line. She then starts talking under her breath complaining. At this point I think I should say something. She takes my order, and I tell her that the way she talked to that guy was rude. She starts to say that it was her uncle as if that would make it ok. She refuses to make eye contact and is super rough slamming things around. I reluctantly paid and told her I would never come to this location again. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a subway ever. I think this owner didn't pay attention during the customer service part of owning a restaurant.

Very rude. I frequent many Subways and have never had such a rude and disrespectful experience. In addition they put almost no veggies on my sandwich. I asked them for more veggies and both the worker and owner got upset with me. There was an elderly gentleman after me who was hard of hearing and they basically yelled at him and were terrible to him. The woman owner and worker acted so unprofessionally. I will NEVER give this store my business again. There are so many other Subway’s with great owners and employees. I will go back to the other stores. DONT SUPPORT THIS STORE.
