You buy a meal for 22 dollars and left 2 dollar tip you cant refill because of the homeless problem around this place . Fix your homeless situation Im paying 25 dollars for sub I should get a damn refill for my drink Not coming back to a place that treats me as homeless.

korean worker as rude and hostile. they didn’t have certain things i ordered when i asked for substitutions she yelled at me and i left extremely unsatisfied b

The Korean owner is extremely rude to both customers and employees, screaming and yelling uncontrollably, which is not normal behavior. I don’t recommend coming here and do not support this kind of treatment toward staff. Instead, I suggest trying Earl Sandwich or Humu Sandwich, both of which offer a much better experience.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews I love this subway. The older gentlemen who appears to run it is so kind! Everytime

When I’m craving something tasty and healthy, Subway is my go-to. The owner is very friendly, and the sandwiches are fresh and delicious👍

The owner/operator was very kind. He made my subway sandwich and when he finished provided the bathroom key.

We were greeted as we entered. Server took time to ensure order was prepared with care and correctly. The gent who rang us up was very appreciative of the tip and thanked us. Definitely returning to this location.

I always order in Subway and add maximum ingredients in my order so sandwiches turn out big as always, BUT in this location (661 Keeaumoku) sandwiches are small, although I’ve added maximum ingredients. The employees are greedy, probably, or get offended because of the tips? . There was a shift May 7, 1:50pm

6:50 Pm on a Monday. 2 eldery chinese/Japanese/ or Korean people in the front. One man and one woman. Like I said they're old so the line is moving VERY SLOW for Subway. The whole business model is that they make it somewhat fast. The old lady is manning the register and only that. The old man is making the sandwiches, toasting the breads, and finishing the sandwiches. The model is supposed to be: 1 person making the sandwich and toasting what needs to be. While the 2nd person finishes the sandwiches and then rings them up so the 1st person can get the order and toast. This was not the process tonight... she's just watching him make all the sandwiches and do everything for every customer. There was about 5 people ahead of me. Whole experience ended up being about 20-25 for a subway sandwich 🫠 Be nice if companies in Hawaii followed the protocol instead of doing their own thing. It hurts the franchise and makes the business look WHACK "Lucky we live Hawaii" huh ?

a good subway!! the employees were really nice and sweet and even gave us two free cookies 🥰 geninuely the nicest subway employees i’ve ever met the sandwhiches are fresh and yummy and it’s a nice location! will come back again!
