Starbucks - Honolulu (Lawehana St)

Coffee and cups and college students trying to look cool on their iPads. Highly recommended for those of you trying to be trendy. Also good for people who just want a cup of coffee.

Supervisor by the name of “Travie” was wearing a button up shirt that was halfway buttoned with his chest hairs out. DISGUSTING and unprofessional. Couldn’t help but to think of one of his hairs falling in my drink.

Service was slow and the location only had two workers despite the holiday madness. From start to finish it was about 15 minutes for a single frappe. The drink was made well, just stars dinged for the wait time and the customer service itself. Lots of customers waiting for their items, both mobile and in-store orders.

Great service. Line goes fast. Order ahead to get your drinks and food ready before you arrive. Ample parking and family oriented.

Very bad service..waited too long for my greentea latte and gave me a warm latte.. I made clear to the cashier for an extra matcha and extra hot. After almost 30 mins of wait the guy gave me a warm latte. I said I want it hot and he said I'll warm it up for you.. I waited for too long and made it clear before even paying it and he's gonna reheat it for me??? So disappointed. I left THE latte with them.. I want my money back!!!!! very bad service and annoying crew..December 28, 2023. @4pm.

It's a little hit or miss depending on staffing and who is making your drinks. One tall gentleman with dark brown hair was making picture perfect drinks while the other female barista seemed to be having a rough day. Two of our drinks were completely ice, two sips of liquid. Went back to show the star barista and he remade one of our drinks and apologized. Place is so busy. Staff seems to not have time for being friendly.

Your basic Starbucks in a target. Although employees were very helpful with a complicated drink I wanted to try and I really enjoyed it.

Asked for a salted caramel cold brew does not taste at all like the way they make it at the other Starbucks, literally walked back to throw the cups away. Wasn’t even busy ..

I'm obsessed with the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap. I don't drink coffee, but if you order a Frap with a creme base, it is like a light milk shake. I'm addicted.

This Starbucks location is pretty lackluster. A lot of younger adults working and will have an attitude if you want your order corrected. Convenience comes with a price sometimes I suppose.
