Restaurant 604
About
Dinner with a View of History
Located right on the water’s edge in Honolulu, Restaurant 604 offers a front-row seat to the harbor’s maritime activity. The open-air deck captures the salt-tinged breeze, making it a favorite spot to watch the boats drift by while enjoying a cold local beer. Because of its proximity to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, the atmosphere is often buzzing with a mix of visitors reflecting on history and locals catching up over lunch.
Island-Inspired Comfort
The menu leans heavily into Hawaii’s comfort food traditions. Their signature 604 Burger and the crispy coconut shrimp are staples for a reason—they are unpretentious and satisfying. If you visit, keep in mind that the parking lot fills up quickly during the peak midday rush, so arriving a few minutes early or opting for a ride-share can save you a headache. The clatter of cutlery against plates and the low hum of conversation from the neighboring tables create an easygoing energy that defines the casual dining scene in this part of Oʻahu.
Perfect for Post-Sightseeing Refuel
Whether you just finished a tour or you’re looking for a relaxed venue for a sunset happy hour, this spot fits the bill. It isn't a place for white-tablecloth formality; it is a place for hearty portions, a lively soundtrack of island music, and a reliable view of the shimmering Pacific waters. It’s an ideal stop for families or groups who appreciate straightforward service and a location that honors its connection to the surrounding harbor landscape.

We have two person, each ordered the butterfish. Both of ours come with two small tail pieces, very unexpected. Maybe because we look very friendly and didn’t order any drinks. Anyway, the view is good and the experience overall is okay after visiting Pearl Harbor. Writing this to help visitors have a fair view.

Restaurant 604 is close to Pearl Harbor and seemed to be a popular place. We thought their Loco Moco was good and enjoyed it. There was a great view from the tables.

Restaurant 604 is one of those places where the view does most of the heavy lifting. It sits in a great spot with a nice waterfront view, and there is plenty of parking which makes getting in easy. Unfortunately, once you sit down, the experience starts to feel more like a tourist trap than a must visit. Prices are high across the board and do not really match the quality. Beers are around $10 which adds up quickly, especially if you are just trying to relax and enjoy the view. Service was slow during our visit which made the experience drag even more. When you are already paying premium prices, you expect things to move a bit smoother. Overall Restaurant 604 is fine if you want a good view and easy parking, but it is hard to justify the prices and slow service. Come for the scenery, just keep expectations low for everything else.

Restaurant 604 is the ultimate Pearl Harbor vibe for anyone looking to soak in those harbor views with a massive, snack-loaded Bloody Mary in hand. We dove into the perfectly seared Furikake-crusted fish topped with vibrant pineapple salsa—it’s fresh, local, and balances perfectly with the signature scoops of rice. Whether you’re catching the legendary $6.04 breakfast deal on the weekend or vibing to live music by the marina, the energy here is pure aloha. It’s breezy, accessible, and easily the best spot in Honolulu to decompress with a Meili Vodka special while watching the sailboats. Come early as it gets packed!!!

i shouldve taken a picture of my poke bowl but you can order the poke as a poke bowl with avocado and it was so fresh and delicious and HUMONGOUS portion!!! i had to share with the rest of my family. they also thoroughly enjoyed their orders. our waitress, Schaniece, was super nice, fast, and knowledgeable about the menu and their vast selection of local beers. they have a menu of $6.04 appetizers that are really yum too, and great portions. the prices had me thinking this restaurant would be mid, but it was actually way better than the bougie restaurant inside our hotel. like genuinely the poke tasted the same or better, and i got quadruple the amount and spent less money. highly recommend if you are visiting pearl harbor!!!

Loved the views and enjoyed our food. We had to wait quite a bit to get in even at 2PM on Friday afternoon. We tried a variety of things and everything was pretty good. It is definitely worth visiting if you are hungry while visiting Pearl Harbor.

We stopped in on Valentine’s Day after visiting the U.S.S. Missouri. We had made a reservation on yelp before walking over and our table was ready for us when we got there. I loved the open air atmosphere and friendly service. We all loved our meals! I had the fish & chips! It was hot, fresh and delicious! 5/5 would definitely eat here again after a visit to Pearl Harbor. Mahalo!

Fantastic Restaurant (Even better view). Food was delicious and light. I tried the loco moco, poke tacos, and the MahiMahi. All dishes were phenomenal. If you arrive around 5:00pm they have live music. And the view!!! You look out over the water. What a great welcome to Hawaii.

Nachos should be pulled off the menu. Odd flavor combo and soggy. Fries are ok. Cuban sandwich was really good and so was the dessert. Service was great, but overall the food was mediocre flavor wise.

Walked in on a whim and ended up loving it! We had great seats on the patio overlooking the sea and the menu variety had a lot to choose from! Our server was friendly and easy going and her recommendations were perfect! Portion sizes were perfect- not tiny and not overwhelmingly huge with room for desert! Chicken Katsu Fish tacos Kalua pork plate 🐠 What did the fish say after eating a big meal? I’m blow-ted.
