Red Lobster Honolulu HI

I was so surprised by how great this Red Lobster is! My kids were asking to go for crab and lobster and all the hotel resturants were just packed on a Tuesday night so we walked from the Hilton to Red Lobster and were shocked to find out it was not busy at all and we got a table right away (because everyone thinks it is closed due to scaffolding outside for construction of the building next door- but it's not!). Our waiter was Maury and he made our experience amazing. Maury has such great energy and goes out of his way to make your experience at Red Lobster a 5 star experience. We also found out that crab legs are a special price on Tuesdays also! My son had a HUGE lobster, crab and shrimp dish for $50 and I could not believe the quality of the food- the lobster tail was big and hearty, cooked to perfecting. The shrimp were also large and all of our crab legs were good. We eat a lot of seafood, I'm really picky about resturants and I haven't eaten at a Red Lobster in over 20 yrs. I highly recommend checking out Red Lobster if you are looking for a solid place to eat with the kids, great prices, great food (the fish is fresh from local suppliers!) and ask for Maury! He will make the experience for you!

Oh my goodness KIM is an absolute angel. The most sincere and sweetest person. Best service and her demeanor is contagious. Every ultimate feast we’ve had here is FRESH and top tier all the way. I come from central Oahu just for this place and now for KIM. If KIM is off, I’ll leave.

Alliyah was extremely helpful in gaining specific details that helped me give a educated review about this location. First off, this place is wheelchair accessible with a unique individual. Wheelchair elevator how cool is that. Also, this place boasts the title for being the only red lobster on the island. There are bathrooms and benches outside to sit and rest.Just in case the blistering sun is taking too much out of you. They have a bar full service and large size dining area. This is my favorite place to get biscuits matter of fact I might even go in right now, and buy some myself. For all your mainstream seafood pasta and all the other delicious things they serve here.This is it. It's primely located right by the harbor the edge of waikiki and by other places of interest. The biscuits here are so good. That participating costco even sells the large biscuit batter in a box people crave and love.

Ordered two Cajun chicken pastas. Take out. They put the chicken only in one of the pastas. Only noticed it at home after opening the containers. Whoever packed the order should get fired. Will never come back again. Disappointing experience.

We ordered carryout from Red Lobster Waikiki since it was conveniently located around the corner from our hotel, Prince Waikiki, and it ended up being a great choice. We ordered two Cajun Chicken Linguine Alfredo to share between three people and were surprised by how generous the portions were. Honestly, one entrée probably could have fed the three of us. The food itself was delicious and better than expected. It had been a long time since I had eaten at Red Lobster, but the quality and flavor were excellent. The team was also navigating a staffing shortage the evening we ordered. There was a sign posted asking guests for patience, which we completely understood. Our order took about ten minutes longer than the quoted pickup time, which honestly felt impressive given the circumstances. The young hostess who helped us with our order did a phenomenal job. She mentioned she was still learning the menu but asked thoughtful questions about our preferences and even offered to call us back if she missed anything. When we arrived to pick up the order, she asked us to double check everything before leaving, which showed real attention to detail and care. Everything was perfect. Inside, the atmosphere felt relaxed and unpretentious. Pricing was about what you would expect for Waikiki and was commensurate with the quality of the food and service we experienced.

I am HIGHLY disappointed with the lack of fair and impartial customer service I received today. 1. The server completely neglected to give us the kids meal we ordered; and never even returned to give us an update. My child did not get a chance to eat. SMFH 2. The server completed neglected to give or offer any refills, remove used dishes from the table, and periodically check on us to see if we needed anything. 3. Initially they brought us 2 of the same meals which we only placed an order for one and was looking at me like I was crazy.. 4. When the server FINALLY came to the table, at the end, I politely asked for a bag to take my extra biscuits to go. She NEVER returned to bring that bag, although she acknowledged my request. Mind you, I waited at least 5 minutes before I personally got up and asked another server for a bag. 5. I spoke to the manager on my way out and informed her of the poor service and discriminatory behavior as EACH TABLE AROUND US were caucasian and definitely were treated completely differently. 6. I will NOT be returning to this red lobster and it is sad bc I actually love the food. Despite the publics opinion on their food. I advise anyone considering visiting this red lobster to think twice and know that if an african american single mom with 3 kids accompanying her was treated this way, there is no guarantee you won’t experience the same. I hope this honest review spares the next person and ALSO the entire red lobster staff is retrained so this does not happen again. Thank you.

Seafood boil was too salty. Their spicy is actually spicy, but there was way too much pepper. Service was not optimal. Had to flag the server down for everything & we didn’t get waters. When a customer orders soda or cocktails, they should get it in addition to water by default. Their cocktails were solid though. The restaurant could use an interior design renovation.

My tradition I go to Red Lobster and I enjoy sitting there. When my son was in Oahu he took me so I've been coming here for quite some time. But on December 8th, around 1:30 p.m. Mary, the waitress was rude. I had to keep telling her I need it extra melted butter, tabasco sauce,spoon for my tea and one pack of sugar Mary said we don't have sugar substitute sugar, few more napkins by the time I was waiting my potato got cold. This is the first time I was so disappointed. But you need to tell Mary to make sure she brings everything to the table at one time. I've been going 18 years. Always in the afternoon. There was about 6 people there. It's about 18 miles from my home. Love the ride. See you next year for sure God Willing. And in between. Vasquez
