Better than KFC we had the the chicken sandwich and those great Cajun fries. Kinda of a hassle to get there with the rail construction mess but the food is worth it.

Absolutely phenomenal! I came through drive-through to pick up a mobile order only to find that they didn’t have any record of it in the system. However, the staff quickly assessed the problem which was that I had placed the order for the next day. Rather than turning me away, or asking me to replace the order, the manager quickly and expertly triaged with the Staff, and I received my food within minutes. The manager even credited my online order payment to the meal I received so that I wouldn’t have to go online to cancel and refund the mobile order. They fixed my mistake with impeccable professionalism and courtesy. The team at the Kaneohe branch demonstrates rarely-seen levels of customer service. Thank you!

Went to the drive through. First, I dont like the new automated system. Secondly, the associate is encountered was horrible. I asked that I not be given the straws with the drinks, but he just handed it to me anyway.. your team should put the straws in the bag. Third ordered the butterfly shrimp with 2 chicken tenders. Inside the box was 4 very small pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of chicken tenders. On top of that, two mash and gravy with one spoon? Hmmm. Reading this. Maybe I should open everything and ask questions as to why my order is the way it is, which I shouldn't have to. Lastly, train your people to conduct themselves at least somewhat professionally. This kind of experience makes people think carefully about doing business with you.

The staff was great and friendly. I gave a two star and not a one star because of how great the staff was. The chicken was older than Betty White and drier than the Sahara desert. I would recommend and now I know not to go later at night It wasn't right at close but it was late I think at 9:30 and that chicken was uneditable. It's a shame because I had to have Popeyes in forever and I was like you know what I'm going to order it and I'm going to get it and I'm going to get some spicy chicken like I like. Also two of the thighs out of my five-piece were about the size of a chicken wing. I've never had fried chicken so dry in my life I ate one of them and the mashed potatoes and french fries and the biscuits and I threw four chicken thighs in the trash. That should be a crime in itself to waste fried chicken. But this fried chicken was already wasted before they put it in the box and gave it to me. I live in ewa Beach so what do I do Go back to dillingham? Call and complain my chicken is dry no. I just go hungry and don't enjoy the chicken and waste my money. Thinking about it I should have just called and complained maybe I would have got refunded or replaced but again I live far away and it's not worth my effort.

Overall the experience was okay, and most of the staff were friendly and willing to help. However, one blonde white woman wearing black seemed to be in a bad mood. During service she gave the impression she was rushing, was quite impatient, and her expression wasn’t very friendly. I hope management can pay attention to keeping the service more consistent.

I went to the drive thru. I got hubby chicken sandwich but did not take a picture. I saw they had a new fish sandwich and got it because it looks so yummy. The guys that took my order at the drive thru was really nice and gave me a heads up that the fish sandwich was spicy. That was really nice of him. Pretty good size sandwich. I would definitely get it again.

The spicy chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes were great. Chicken was flavorful and juicy. Potatoes were better than most fast food mash. People were very nice. It is a busy store catering to drive-thru & mobile orders & dine-in. It may take a bit to order and get your food.

I was shocked to see they moved down the corner but woooow is this place nice!!! Bigger drive through, I know the lines before used to get super long and cause some issues for those trying to use the gas station. With the new location i feel the flow of traffic is gonna be a lot smoother! Will definitely have to come back and dine in next time it looks really nice and big

The chicken here was well cooked. We purchased the family deal 10 pieces, 5 biscuits, 2 lg mashed potatoes for only $20. We decided to get then mild because the spicy chicken is too spicy for my family. We also got the shrimp popcorn, it's okay, it taste better with the sauce. Worker Crystal was very helpful, kind and genuine. More places need to hire people that welcoming at their counters.
