Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (4275 Radford Dr The Navy Exchange Mall At Pearl Harbor Mall)

Spicy chicken sandwich is good, but nowhere near as good as at Hickam. The NEX location skimps on the sauce, which really makes the sandwich. Ate there again on Sat, 4 Oct…..same issue. Disappointing this has not been fixed.

Cashier was pleasant, helpful, & chicken was tasty juicy, this store it’s seems well managed, Kudos keep up great work!!!!

6 piece wings for $10. 6 pieces would be 3 wings in the old days before they cut a wing into 2. Taste is like typical fried chicken. Still remember when the chicken at Popeyes was spicy! Now it has no spice whatsoever......

It's great to be able to place an online order. Always delicious and we always have great service on base and at the NEX.

Mandatory use of the kiosk instead of actually getting a human means I won't buy here again (instead of purchasing food this time I walked away). When your entire menu consists of chicken, that means it is difficult to find exactly what you want with a Kiosk. That doesn't matter until you require it. Now my son likes popeyes chicken more than the other restaurants in the NEX, but that isn't worth the frustration. We'd consistently purchased food here, but this restaurant tried to force me to use the Kiosk... and so I will never buy here again.

This is more of a rating reflecting corporate greed than anything else. Popeyes is frequently sold out of their temporary menu items a week or two after introduction. Pickle items this summer & now their “Hot Ones” the past couple weeks. They were sold out of their temporary menu “Smoki’n Rojo” sandwich, which is actually kinda spicy for once, had it last week. I got their “Darin’ dab ghost wings” instead. Had to wait 12 minutes for 8 popcorn sized pieces of chicken with some seasoning sprinkled on it for $9.50! I guess they were sold out of the ranch dip that came with & they wouldn’t give me a sriracha sauce because that only came with another menu item. They gave me a refund & attempted to offer me an order replacement. Which was kind but I’m not looking for a handout. Fix yourself fast food, this ain’t the pandemic anymore & people aren’t paying that kind of money for some scraps. I can eat at a restaurant for better quality/ quantity.

Did a drive through at the newest Popeyes on Dillingham and Kalihi Street. Serving comfort food that you can enjoy. Same good tasting chicken year after yesr.

We eat here a couple times a month and the original spicy chicken sandwich never has any sauce on it. Every other Popeyes I have gone to has been very generous with the sauce inside the sandwich!!

Verified with the manager that they use Beef Tallow at this location! That explains why the food here is so good! And it doesn't make me feel bloated or sick afterwards. I cant get enough of this place! And it's located in the NEX food court so you can dine with a waterfall and a beautiful ceiling diorama! Workers are also super nice. Love coming here after work!

The Popeyes fast food place in the NEX complex is always busy, but the food is always fresh tasting and the service is good. I always appreciate the staff because they are working as quickly as they can to get everybody’s order filled.
