Debbie K. Pizza Hut New Yorker with mushrooms is oooooo so good. Veggie Pizza & Meat Lovers Pizza onolicious. I pick up the phone order then pick it up. The employees are friendly & the pizza is always hot and fresh. Just the right amount of sauce lots of cheese & toppings. Whenever I have the pizza hungries Pizza Hut is my favorite place to go. Yummy for my tummy. I ordered two New Yorkers. A Mushroom and Pepperoni. The crust was uneven and not cooked good. Some of the crust was so thin the topping was going thru the crust. Some parts was thick. The sauce didn't taste good. I told the lady you just opened and busy. She told me yeah they busy this morning. To me even if they are busy they should not rush orders and not do quality job. The customers are paying the price for quality pizzas. I was thinking about not going back but this is the first time so I will give it another try. If I get the same poorly made pizza I will definitely not go back.

Pizza hut has always been one of my favorite places whenever I don't feel like cooking or just a quiet bite because I love their personal pan pizza. It is just the right size for 1 person and you cannot beat the price for 4 awesome pieces of a pan made personal size pizza. I think Anyone born between the 60s 70s & 80s bought Pizza Hut because there weren't many other options except for a few small pizza places that many different last verl long bcuz they really couldn't complete with Pizza Huts prices and most didn't deliver like pizza hut did. I also believe Pizza Hut is the forefront for the other Pizza companies to start up in Hawaii almost copying how Pizza Hut ran their business. I can't say 100 percent that it is the case but I believe it is true in my opinion. There is only one company that has been hanging in there but still cannot compete against the taste Pizza Hut puts out. I have only one question, why did Pizza Hut shut down most of the many dine in restaurants around Oahu? I used to love their salad bar lunches or brunches all you can eat salad bars. I know many sports teams would go during this special and the all you can eat brunch salad bar specials and just devour everything in sight. This salad bar had so many different entrees on that bar ß⁴⁴⁴⁴⅘ there were nothing left for the other customers which to me they knew what they were doing when choosing to do this at that specific time and specials . To me when the team ups and others abused this special on a regular basis it ruined it for everyone to enjoy and it wasn't only Pizza Hut that ran into this problem. But whoever I'm the company put into action maybe they should have added rules to that specific problem and should have foreseen that sooner than later someone or high schools & college athletic sports teams and their coaches "Only as an example" would abuse this awesome new way of family dining at a reasonable price to go with it that they also should have considered

Placing the order online was a breeze. Pick up time was a little off (waited an extra 10-15mins) before the order was actually ready, no biggie. Food was nice and HOT! I did want to share that theres another pizza hut closer to my home but sadly I prefer to drive and pick up my pizza from this location because the food from this location is ALWAYS better!

If you are not familiar with the pizza hut in the Kam Shopping Center, the entrance to the store is on the side of the building. Would be easier if the store would put a sign to tell their customers the entrance is on the side of the building with an arrow pointing in the direction which way to go. I asked for my pizza to be "well done' and it was more like "almost burnt". Staff was friendly and courteous and pizza was hot and ready for me to pick up at the time specified. However, I wouldn't order my pizza to be "well done" again unless I want it to be burnt.

I love pizza hut pizza. This order just missed the mark for me. The pizza was basically plain. I order a stuff crust sausage and pepperoni. I literally had about 10 pepperoni on the pizza and maybe a dozen sausage which was only on 60% of the pizza. Not much cheese also. I would recommend pizza hut to family and friends because they are awesome but today just missed the mark for me. Hope they start back putting the love in it

Next time let me know that there will be a 2 hour wait time. I got an email saying my pizza was ready to pick up at 6:10 pm. When I got there for curve side pick up and said I am here. Nobody came out for about 10 minutes, so I went into pizza hut and talked with the manager who said I need to wait another hour for my order. I do not think this is great business practice. I do not want to ever eat or order from pizza hut again. This is how you treat loyal customers, you need to re think your business practice.

I will fight anyone who has a bad review about the delivery service here. No, seriously. Any time, any place. And I do mean ANY place. If I can't get a ride I'll call a pizza hut delivery guy to take me. And they WILL they will deliver anywhere, even in the creepiest boondocks at nighttime. Seriously. I will fight you ALL.
