I hate to trash a restaurant after only 1 visit because anyone can have a bad day. But, this Pizza Hut chose to give me a pie that was completely SCORCHED. I asked for a little extra cooking time to allow for “Brown” cheese, I prefer it to white mozzarella, the texture improves as it bakes, like with Lasagna. This pizza was so overcooked that the pepperoni had all the moisture baked out of it, it was little more than a piece of carbon that shattered when bitten into. How did a black pizza pass their quality control? I asked for a refund but was told it was my fault because I wanted “Brown” cheese. I won’t be going back. Edit: I’ve been trying for some time to contact you as requested, but there is something wrong with your email. Please refer to the added photo for more info, I’m not a tech person but it looks like my emails kept getting bounced back.

I rarely eat fast-food or franchise restaurants but I saw a deal for a $5 personal pizza thing & decided to try it. I went in and it was dead at 5p on a Friday so I had a good experience & the pizza good for what I paid. UPDATE: I’ve gone back for the $17 large 3-topping pizza & enjoy the service & pizza 🤙🏼

I am done with Pizza Hut as whole. First the pizza is only ok. But they changed their whole rewards system without telling anyone. I had enough saved for 2 large pizzas. They acknowledged this yet gave me 200 points. Which isn’t enough for anything. Now I either make it or get Dominos. Good luck.

I placed an order a little after 5 and was quoted 515. Got there at 515 and they said it wasn’t ready. I said no problem and ended up waiting for 20 minutes in the store. I checked in with the guy who said it wasn’t ready yet and he said that it would be another 7 minutes. I went back to my car and came back 7 minutes later. A lady came up and I asked again and she said it still wasn’t ready, making some excuse that there’s only one guy to make pizza. I literally watched her and two other guys shoot the breeze the whole time I was sitting in there. I know drivers need to deliver, but if you’re in the restaurant, make a couple while you’re waiting. And she was the manager. I’m pretty sure she knows how to make a pizza. Not once in that whole time did she even acknowledge the lone guy making pizza or lift a finger to help. I didn’t leave there till almost 6 and my entire family was waiting for me.

Absolutely unacceptable. Staff kept lying about the order status. I was told “10 more minutes” over and over again, but the pizza wasn’t even being prepared. Ended up waiting almost an hour for a single pizza. In reality, the wait was at least 40–50 minutes, not what they kept promising. Complete waste of time, zero respect for delivery drivers and customers. If you can’t handle Uber orders, don’t accept them.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!! Really sad that you can’t deliver a $41 single pizza and bread stick order to a room for someone with a severe knee injury at a hotel. Instead of trying to help a customer out, you instantly didn’t want to help. Pretty shitty customer service!!!! Will never order Pizza Hut again! Your pizza is not worth $41 let alone not trying to help a customer with a severe injury. REALLY DISAPPOINTING PIZZA HUT!!!! Do better!!!!
