Pho Minh Thu

The best Pho I've had in the USA. It was as good as the pho in Toronto Canada. I haven't been to Thailand yet but this was delicious. Banh mi was perfect (only missing the jalapeños).

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Honolulu. Very clean restauraunt and very hard working people! I was reccomended to go here by a friend from Tokyo. Now I reccomend everyone to come here and try their delicious food! Staff is extremely nice people!!

came for the food stayed for the tanks. there was no mention of aquariums when I looked into coming here so I was pleasantly surprised. usually restaurant fish tanks are horribly overstocked, with rainbow pebbles and like five million glo fish, but this one had amazing tanks. two well-stocked planted aquariums. also good food but mainly good fish tanks. the guy who took our order was a little mysterious and I don't think anything I said was getting through to him but he got my order right so I guess it worked

If you’re staying in Honolulu, this place has phenomenal food. It’s so fresh and delicious. I ordered to go and everything was so neatly packaged would highly recommend.

I ordered to-go pho (third attempt at trying to find pho in Waikiki area) and this place actually gave a good amount of basil, dandelion root, onion, and meat. No jalapeños but the sauce they give has a little spice which is nice. I will definitely be back!

Quite possibly the best bún (rice vermicelli) I've ever had. The veggies were very fresh and the portions were generous. Everything was cooked perfectly. I asked for pork shrimp and spring roll, which wasn't on the menu, and they were happy to do that for just a little extra.

Today I got to try the Tofu Curry and it was very good. Also, the owner was working and he was very friendly and helpful.

We really liked the food. It was our friends' first Vietnamese restaurant experience, and PMT didn't let us down. The front desk at the Ramada recommended it, and our was just a short walk. Portions were quite generous, and they make their own pho broth from scratch. It's a small place, and it looked like we were the only non-locals (which I consider a really good sign).

Ordered a bowl of pho tai. The broth was flavorful and well-seasoned, with no need to add any of the available condiments. Personally, I would have enjoyed some pickled garlic or onions, but that is just preference. At $17 for a large bowl, it is very affordable for the area. Although they seemed understaffed, service was attentive and English speaking.

Delicious! Don't let this "hole in the wall" style place stop you from dining here. For our visit, the dining room was very clean and you can clearly see the kitchen. The people were friendly and the food was amazing! We started with the spring roles with house made fish sauce. We loved them so much, especially the fish sauce, that we ended up dipping all the garnishings in it too. My wife got the vermicelli barbecue chicken and I had the beef pho. Everything was amazing, with large portions and affordable prices.
