Food was good. Service was great! One of our party members has a severe bell pepper allergy. The staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. We had six in our party and didn't have to wait for a table, in a Friday night during dinner rush. Highly recommend. Good kids options too if you have little ones.

I had such a great experience the first time that I had to come back, and once again Tiffany made it worth the visit. She is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a great experience. Even when things got busy, she stayed on top of everything and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a server who consistently provides such excellent service, but Tiffany does it every time. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail are a big reason why I returned. If you’re lucky enough to have Tiffany as your server, you’re in good hands. I’ll definitely be back again!

The server took forever to take the order or to even bring a straw. We had the pork dumplings as appetizers, and it was only a pork sausage inside, no veggies no nothing just A SAUSAGE. For the price? Not worth it. We also ordered the “crispy” honey chicken and it was not crispy at all but sooo soggy it made me want to throw up. Everything was so pricey and it is not worth the price. The place looks so fancy but the food does not meet the standard.

Hostess sat us immediately at a nice table. Server explained the special and took our order. Shortly drinks were served followed by the 4 slices of rolls which was wonderful. Next came the hot and sour soup which was very tasty. The lettuce wrap was impressive. Generous portions of both the lettuce and the meat was awesome. The entree's were amazing. The oolong Sea bass was different from what I was used too but just as good. The Mongolian beef, my old standby was good as expected Lastly, our favorite banana spring roll. Rolls were cut up and fried to a perfect crisps topped with some fresh fruits and a scoop of ice cream. Food quality was excellent and server was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience!

Had the sweet and sour chicken and it was delicious! Overall really nice and good tasting. Only thing was the at we did make reservations for 7:15, and did not get seated until 7:30.

We’ve been here several times. This time we were seated on the second floor outdoor patio. It was absolutely beautiful at night with the torches lit. I got the Mongolian trio AGAIN because it’s that good. I always get noodles with it, my husband got sweet-and-sour chicken with fried rice. They had a special new dish called butternut squash dumplings that feel like a warm hug: comfort food like yummy slightly sweet mashed potatoes. Very enjoyable. One of my favorites is also their salad, the dressing is just to die for. The portions are huge. You’ll have plenty to eat for lunch the next day! They have a wonderful three course special that is very affordable especially for Waikiki. Service was fast and friendly from the hostess desk to our server- each time. My Lil family of 4 went around lunch time. Atmosphere was peaceful & restaurant was clean. The manager Malik came to our table & checked on us. Food was delicious & service was quick. Highly recommend the sweet & sour chicken, ribs , and dynamite shrimp! Will be returning soon!

Visited on a Saturday evening in Jan. Booked a table, 5 min wait for it to be 'ready'. Service reasonable. Food arrived very quickly. Uninspiring dishes - inauthentic, dry. Fair prices.

Our experience in Honolulu was absolutely terrible. On Wednesday, December 10th, we made a reservation for 6:30 p.m. at the restaurant. When we arrived, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled, but we could return in 30 minutes. We returned 35 minutes later and were told there would be another 30 to 45-minute wait. Despite having three young children under four years old, there were still open tables. The next day, we tried again, but they refused to honour our reservation. We were given a table, and the kids’ meals arrived. They ate, but no one checked on us or offered water refills. Forty minutes later, the waiter came by and asked how we were doing. We told her that we hadn’t received our food. She then returned and said it was ready, but they had forgotten to bring it out. We waited another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. The meals were mediocre, and we had to ask three times to get water refills. No one apologized for the poor service.

Aug 2025 First evening in Hawaii PF Chang’s is across the street for the hotel. I had Teriyaki Chicken with fried rice came with an appetizer I had the soup. My food was hot fresh and delicious. I had leftovers to take back to the room. Amazing Staff
