New go to lunch spot! Great tasting food, friendly staff all at an affordable price.

Local diner that served us one of the best meals we had in Oahu. You don’t need to go to a 5 star restaurant on Waikiki beach when you can get an excellent plate lunch right on your way to your lodging straight away from the airport.

Aunties always are super nice, food os always on point, scratch made patties, gravy, hash, no can go wrong

Small business that serve local food. They are near a industrial area so it can get busy. They do close early (about 1pm). May want to call and place a take-out if you don't want to wait too long.

Penny's is a classic mom and pop's shop with delicious Hawaiian classics. My partner and I tried their garlic chicken and loco moco and were blown away. And they are right about how their service came with a personal touch. After we were done with our meal, the owner was thoughtful enough to welcome us to the island with lei and fruit medley and lemon peel. I would 10/10 recommend!

Previous: Food is always great and they even implemented some great safety measures. I'm totally gonna go back! Current: I went back again recently and I gotta say..... nothing's changed. Food is still on and I love this place. Gives me that old school vibe and the food reminds me of my childhood.

Wow been on island 30 years first time yesterday's chicken is today's Chicken Katzu. Maybe it was a bad day but I never going back tried to call no answer? I say again Nasty!

Very friendly ladies! I was told to come here by my friend and customer Aric who purchased 2 cars from me (25 years apart!) I ordered the hamburger curry golash local style not Hungarian. It was pretty Ono be sure to ask for pickled onions!

Penny's has been a family favorite for decades. We are addicted to the roast turkey plate (get the onions!). When my wife was recovering in the hospital after our first born, her meal request was a Penny's roast turkey plate. We stop in whenever we can. No better low-key, family run grinds on the island!
