Papa Johns Pizza (2875a Paa St Ste A)

This Papa Johns continues to go downhill. Tonight it took two hours to get my order, and of course it was stale and cold. $50 for two stale pizzas...and no one from the store thought they to contact me and ask if I wanted to change to carry out. Even though they could clearly see the order had been sitting there since it was right in front of their face

I was coming as a customer to pick up a Ubereats order and was very unprofessionally pressed with looks from this worker in a black shirt and he tried to get me out the store by giving me gestures and looks like he wanted to fight me just because I was trying to pick up my order this is unacceptable and needs to be fired from his job. He can’t be pressing people and acting hostile towards customers like he never went to school and is trying to act like he wants to fight his customers to get a reaction out of them.

Fast service. Tastes good. But there was a hair inside the pizza dough part

I placed an order for 34 large pizzas!!! They were on time and amazing!!! Thank you for your amazing service Rosa and team!!! Not only were they done when picked them up on time, but they were still hot!!!

They keep screwing up the NY style crust pizzas. They make the center too thin by pushing too much dough out to the crust. This makes the center mushy and fall apart and the crust too thick. They shouldn’t treat the NY style dough the same as their traditional crust

Most likely, the best pizza place in the salt lake area! I go here on a regular basis at least once a week and many times twice awake I can eat this pizza whenever it's available cold or hot delivered or picked up. Such a great place and I love how clean they keep it! Unlike some others, like across the street hint hint hint! So if you're in the area and you're feeling the need for grinds oh, you will not be disappointed. Now I might be Pizza I like a little less sauce and extra cheese, and I rotate through the toppings on a regular basis. Like I said I never get tired I'm going here. I live just about 5 minutes away, so it's very convenient! I wonder if anyone can remember , many many many years ago, this was the place that I opened as armadillo Pizza! Around 1980 I believe. I miss that place every time I order a pizza! But here is a place that at least I am happy to go to on a regular basis.! Please respond to this review if you remember the great armadillo Pizza!!!

NEVER GOING BACK PER THE MANAGERS REQUEST This place used to be a favorite place to grab a bite. But as of late the service has gone a bit downhill with the poor communication and understanding of what the customer is in need of considering they are using a template to make the product. Not to mention the outright immaturity and child like attitude toward the customer.

Every Thursday I order the same thing for pizza night with the family. We get 2 large pepperoni pizzas and an order of garlic Parmesan breadsticks. The past 4 weeks the breadsticks haven’t been made properly. It’s to the point I’m going to quit ordering them. One time they were just buttered, another time they were pencil thin and hard with nothing on top (no butter, parm, or garlic), two times they just had garlic and no Parmesan. Why is it so hard to get what I ordered lately? I’m over it 😤 Papa John’s let me know when yall can figure out how to make them again. Until then, I’m done paying. Bye

I ordered a delivery and waited for over 1 hour for the pizza to get to my house. The driver gave me the pizza with the garlic sauce container opened and splashed all over the box. The driver had left before I had the chance to show him the open sauce. So I called Papa John’s and I spoke with a lady worker who supposedly tried to transfer my call to the manager who never picks up the phone. I tried to call them several times after that but they kept putting me on hold and I was never able to speak to anyone after that. I will never order anything from Papa John’s anymore. Their customer service is terrible and if anything is wrong in regards to your delivery it is impossible to get to anyone to handle the situation.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:02. Order was to be delivered by 6:47 pm. It’s 7:50 pm. No order. Door dash delivery driver says his application is broken and he can’t deliver. I have called papa johns for an hour straight with no answer and mailbox is full. Door dash says they can’t refund my money since it went through the store. Papa johns doesn’t answer their phone. Highly doubt I will order from here again.
