Papa John's Pizza

Usually the orders are great but they burnt my Philly Cheese into oblivion 😭😭😭😭. Edit: Gave it another try and order came in fresh and perfect second time around 👌🏽 ✨️.

We have bought Papa John pizzas for years . However, lately it continues to arrive burnt (4 last times). The first time I reported it, Sebastian, Shift Mgr was very nice & accommodating. However, no one believed us & refused to call him, so pizza was delayed a day. Burnt also, but did not complain as other managers there are quite rude. Then we ordered it other night. It was also burnt. The manager on duty (Chelsa?) was very cold but did give me her number to send photo of burnt pizza. So they remade it last night. Not only was it burnt but I assume, due to it being a “made over” pizza, it had half of all the toppings. Should have taken photo. Thinnest (& burnt pizza) pizza I have ever seen in my life. Buy from Pizza Hut instead. One can order take out or delivery directly from both of them, also using cash.

This place will steal from you. They take your money for items they don’t have and then send someone to only deliver some of the items without giving you a refund. Tried to call and handle it over the phone but the young boy manager just want to cuss me out and tell me he needs to talk to his GM to get a solution but then says there isn’t a solution. Could not make up his mind. Again, they will take your money and not give you the items you ordered.

Good American pizza with nice crust but nothing special good price value ratio

This place has bad service. Not sure what’s her name but she’s an older lady. She’s rude. Came across her twice for door dash pick up. I don’t normally have issues with restaurants but this place (mainly her) just have a very bad attitude. 1st time , I was in the middle of confirming the order and she was giving me attitude. I brushed it off and said have a good night. She could be having a rough day who knows. The second time I picked up from here, I mentioned who I’m picking up for and I thought she didn’t hear so I repeated it the second time just to make sure. Again with the attitude. She seemed angry. She slammed the order on the table. And the boy worker picked it up and handed it to me. I’m just kindly picking up orders and delivering. I don’t need this kind of attitude from someone. Please kindly fix. This does not look good for the restaurant.

Not worth the price. 2 large pizzas and a side of 8 bbq wings came out to $130+. The wings were tiny as well. Find a local pizza joint to support instead.

My experience was pretty good until my delivery driver called and opened his mouth. After that I didn't trust anything the man was pretty rude. Paid $52.00 for two pizzas that we are not going to even touch. The concerning part is that another person delivered them and he was kind and explained that they have had plenty of problems with this character

Monday, we ordered stuffed crust pizza for my me and a pepperoni mushroom and olive for the wife. In the past, the food was cold and not as good as it should be, but on Monday, I had low expectations. I was so wrong, the pizza's arrived hot fresh and just like how they used to be. I'm glad to say that We enjoyed them pizzas.

All I wanted was a cheese pizza and I got an undercooked oily mess possibly the worst Pizza I have ever had I'll stick to Pizza Hut down the street this place sucks had to get a full refund from doordash.

April 6, 2023 Ordered pizza online at 7:30pm Called store manager 5 times Answered on the 5th time and placed me on hold for 40 minutes Pizza was delivered at 9:30pm Pizza arrived cold I drove to the store in person to get my much deserved refund On duty manager was given directions from Kanoe, the GM that I was not to be given a refund. Instead I waited there in the store for them to remake my order. (mind you I tipped the driver $5 to deliver a cold pizza 1.5 hours after the estimated deliver time) Since I was told I would not be given a refund I went to Papa Johns corporate site to research their "quality guarantee" "The Quality Guarantee excludes any issues regarding the delivery time." "There is no cash alternative or refund available." Since I will not be given a refund, I will place a 1 star review multiple times until their overall rating drops to a 1 star. Mahalo.
