Panda Express - Honolulu (Waialae Ave)

Panda continues to raise prices and cutting portions of food items. Not worth it for an $11.20 bowl when cheat on the portions. I’ve eaten there at least twice a week not any more. Today I ordered a bowl but asked for my money back.

This time around the food was okay. I guess it’s because we came here an hour before closing time. We had to wait for the chow mein. When the server gave us our food she just handed to us with no bag, napkin, utensils and sauce. Hubby got the 2 item entree and tried to tell the server he wanted 3 items instead but guess she did not understand. He ended up getting just 2 items because of the miscommunication. There were a few tables you dine there. We’ve been to this local and did not have any issues.

3/2023 Didn't take a pic of my plate because I woofed it down, but, like any other Panda I've been to, they rock it. I'm particularly glued to the wok masters when I go, but the upfront service is ALWAYS quick, courteous, friendly, and helpful. It would have to be considering the amount of volume they do. Keep up the great work in these challenging times. I'll try and remember to take a pic of my food next time before I devour my food. 😉🤙✌️ 7/2023 Winnie, July, and Anna, very QSR savvy. They're quick, courteous, and efficient, just how you have to be in today's world of food service. Always a go-to at some point in the month. 3 choice dinner for $12.50, you're foolish if you go anywhere else regularly.
