Panda Express - Honolulu (Kalakaua Ave)

Lots of food, but the service was a kind of rude. And one of the employees wasn't wearing a hairnet.👎

O love panda but I’m honestly sick and tired of the costumer service, the Philippino lady’s are always arguing with each other and they bring that negative energy to the costumers. I’m waiting to be serviced and they are giving dirty looks to each other to because they don’t wanna serve. Like it’s so unprofessional and it’s not just this place I’ve noticed in every panda store with Philippines lady’s is always like this. Then I get home and realized they made my order wrong.

Just wanted some fried rice & chow mein. The young girl said this was fine and put my food into a smallish white tray. My husband was about to give his entree choice when the older server started shouting about what entree I was having and holding up large and medium boxes to me. I told her I just wanted what had been put into the tray. She continued that I had to pick. She was quite rude and impatient and wouldn’t listen. We just ended up walking away as there was quite a crowd witnessing this show. Won’t be going back there again.

After a long flight from LAX my wife was looking for something light but savory and Panda Express didn’t disappoint!! Got it to go, walking distance from the Hokulani, fresh and still steaming hot when I got back to the room!! Big points scored thanks to PE!!

The noodles had a slightly stir-fried flavor and were cooked to just the right texture—not too soggy, but with enough bite. The teriyaki sauce soaked into the noodles nicely, giving them a rich flavor without being too greasy. The chicken in this bowl was the same as the other dish—tender and flavorful—and it paired well with the noodles. While the dish was tasty, the noodles were a bit on the oily side, which made it feel a touch heavier compared to the rice option. So a plate costs $12.90 (2 entrees and a side). Why does the black pepper steak cost an additional $1.75, just to be full of mushrooms? It’s hard to notice at first, because everything is sitting in the black sauce. At the end if the day, the dish was underwhelming. And the customer service subpar. You almost have to beg for a sauce (sweet and sour) even after buying an egg roll. Just include it, or ask. Don’t make me have to investigate the tray before walking away. This is the location at the food court.

It's a nice location for a food court and I was pleased with the service. I found the vegetables well cooked still firm and not soft. I liked the mushroom chicken but found the beef and broccoli had way more broccoli than beef. Overall, I will be back.

Food is barely halfway decent as usual but they really skimped on the portions this time. I received 5 pieces of shrimp and half portion of noodles. What a rip off. On Chinese New Year of all days. $12 for a half portion of bland noodles and fried sugar meat. Definitely not coming here again. Better off taking your business elsewhere.

Over priced for the quality you get (this is any Panda Express). This location is in a food court that is really clean and has lots of seating. The server was friendly and worked quickly so we didn't have to wait long at all. They packed my husband's large tray full of meat and he was happy about that! 4 stars based on it just being a quick bite to eat & we weren't looking for anything authentic or super delicious. Just something fast and convenient!

Panda express is everywhere and taken for granted if you live in west coast of USA, but none in Asia. I've never thought myself I would miss panda express in my life. I was craving for their fastfood Western style Chinese
