Olive Garden - Ala Moana

We had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden thanks to Nat! She was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and so kind from the moment we sat down. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us regularly, and provided top-notch service with a genuine smile. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Nat made our dining experience even more enjoyable, and we will definitely be back because of her. We were celebrating my sons 3rd birthday, and Nat went above and beyond to make him feel special. She was so sweet and patient with him, and her kindness truly stood out. Little gestures can make a big difference on a child’s birthday, and she helped make his day even more memorable for our family. Had a great experience at Olive Garden at Ala Moana. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was also very good, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Definitely enjoyed our visit and would come back again!

I've been to the Ala Moana and Kapolei Olive Garden locations on Oahu, and I prefer the Ala Moana location. The service and ambiance is so much better at Ala Moana. Our servers, Kylie and Anthony (bartender) gave exceptional service to us tonight. They were super sweet and polite, and they always checked up on us to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious as always. Its seriously my favorite place to eat. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and tonight did not disappoint at all. There was no wait for a table, we were greeted by the hostesses very pleasantly, Andrew took our drink order right away, and Kylie came soon after to take our food order. I like that quickness instead of waiting for a long time to come and take our order. Everything we ordered was nice and hot and Kylie made sure we dont burn ourselves with the hot plates, so she gave us paper napkins in case we needed to move our plates. When Kylie was busy, Anthony made sure to always check up on our table to make sure we were good. We will definitely return to the Ala Moana location! Highly recommend Plive Garden in Ala Moana!

I had a great experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Vanessa. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She stayed on top of everything without being overbearing—our drinks were always full, food came out quickly, and she checked in at just the right times. What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism. She made the whole meal more enjoyable and handled everything smoothly. It’s not often you get service that actually makes you want to come back, but Vanessa definitely did that. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for her. She made the experience excellent.

I want to encourage you if you have an Olive Garden in your town and you haven’t been lately definitely need to try again! Olive Garden has some great new dishes that are so delicious. I had steak bites with fettuccine Alfredo, but not just that - they added Gorgonzola and balsamic glaze that took it to a whole new level! Tia was a fabulous server, she spoke about the menu with us to find something that was a good fit. She was absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to come back! We appreciate the young man who was a host. When we first arrived, there is a server and a hostess at the desk who did not acknowledge us, but he jumped right in and let us know they were cleaning a table for us. We appreciated the communication. Great job team, we will be back!
