Fantastic visit! We had an amazing selection to choose from and everything was baked perfectly and my kid devoured them! We had to run back before leaving and grab another Buy 3 get 1 Free of their cookies. For the drive home. Great staff and very helpful.

At the location in the Ala Moana mall there's a woman working there with serious mental issues. I went there to pick up my order and I was stretching my arms because of a medical condition and she told me that I was freaking her out and I must leave the store. I told her I had a medical condition and I wasn’t bothering anyone. She just kept on yelling at me. So I left without getting my order. I would never support a business like that. I also noticed that she was talking to others in a very strange and bizarre way.

I don’t know the name of the girl working tonight (wednesday 2.25.26) but this review is for her. I purchased a surprise bag from the TGTG app but unfortunately, was not able to pick it up because some things had come up. I called the store after the pick up window and extremely close to closing and asked if it would be OK if I had someone else pick up the bag and she said it was fine. when my friend received the bag, they called me to show me what was inside and the employee had given an extra cookie left with the sweetest note inside - “you sounded like you need chocolate” ..GIRL I DO 😭😭 this is not a small thing. The world has become so fucked up that acts of kindness like this are far and few between. people like her are rare. she deserves all the good things and i hope she gets them. 🫶🏽
