Morton's The Steakhouse

Dinner was absolutely delicious! Huge shrimp cocktail, candied bacon, Cajun steak, filet with lobster, lamb chops, New York and dessert!! Service (Gregory) was outstanding will definitely be back!!!

Having worked in restaurants, I hesitate to write a bad review, but I feel compelled to do so in this instance. We were at Morton's on 5/16 to celebrate our son's university graduation. We have been there before, and had a good experience, which is why we chose the restaurant. This time; however, we had a number of problems that spoiled the evening. 1. We were sat at a table that was sloping down from the center of the table. So much so, that we had 2 drinks fall over onto the floor. The picture is of the slope of the table. This was not due to the table leaves as the center part was sloped too. The table was very unstable and weak, and we were concerned about being able to eat our food for fear of pressing down too hard on it. When we asked the manager to be able to move to another table, the response was basically a shoulder shrug and a comment to the effect of "yeah, I told corporate about it and they didn't do anything." Again we asked to be reseated. but was met with, "we don't have any open tables," despite there being 4-5 tables that were open for the duration of our dinner. It would be one thing to be apologetic and offer to move us to one of the 4-5 open tables, and quite another to be told to basically, "suck it up." This was quite possibly the worst customer experience I've endured. 2. Our son ordered the Wagyu ribeye medium rare. For the low price of $129, the steak came out north of medium well. It was dry, overcooked, and practically inedible. To our server's credit, he offered to remove the steak off the bill. However, it didn't solve the issue of him actually being able to eat and enjoy the steak, though. 3. I ordered the petit fillet and lobster tail, and my steak was cooked well done, again despite ordering it medium rare. The top of the steak was so overcooked, that the meat contracted on top and it looked like an upside down mushroom. I didn't even mention this to our server as I was at the point of just wanting to get through dinner. Credit where credit is due, the server tried his best to help us have a nice evening, and we appreciated his service. The rest of the food was as expected, quality-wise, and the lobster mac and cheese was a stand out. In the end, they did comp us for the wagyu ribeye, the drinks that fell over, and provided 2 complimentary deserts. I would have much rather had a nice experience for my family, for which, I would have happily paid full price, instead. We won't be returning in the future.

Can you hear a few weeks ago I want to wait for some friends from out of town ever meeting me at the mall. Got a couple drinks at the bar and something to snack on, nothing super substantial, but the prices weren't too outrageous considering the location and the type of eatery. While I was killing time, it was sort of wishing that I decided to dine in for a full meal rather than just eating there for a snack and having a drink while killing time because the porterhouse is in fillets look absolutely good. But as for what I had, there was nothing wrong with the drink or the pupus. Scooby-Doo Park area, keep in mind that I don't know if there is valet but there's tons of service parking available in the lots right next to it. Just try not to park outside during the day if it's super hot or else I'll come back to a really hot car like I did

Date night was excellent here, yes please. I'm glad to have finally dined at Mortons in Hawaii. Service was excellent from receptionist to our waiter (Tim), I will definitely ask for him next time. Table was set perfectly and cozy. Our food was seasoned and taste really good. Thank you for the good experienced.

Had a great time at this steakhouse. The bone in ribeye with just a simple au jus was very tender and flavourful. All the other dishes were all very well portioned and appetising. Service staff were very friendly and attentive.

We spent New Year’s Eve here and it was the perfect choice! The atmosphere was spot on and made for such a memorable night. Huge shoutout to our server, Trent—he was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I don’t think my Coke was ever empty for more than a minute! Fantastic service and a great vibe.

I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon and my wife had a rack of lamb, but I found the lamb tasted much better than the filet. I like the filet mignon from the Longhorn steakhouse in Richmond Virginia, it was sautéed much better than the Morton’s and also much softer. As a Canadian that had been to the Keg Steakhouse in Vancouver BC and Longhorns in the States, I didn’t realize that the filet mignon doesn’t come with any accompaniment. We did order a creamed spinach, but baked potatoes go great with steaks. I will remember to order an enhancement of baked potato next time at the Morton’s. I really like the managers going around to talk to each table, making everyone feel like VIP. Also don’t forget to order the cheesecake for dessert. It tasted really good.

I was dining solo and, to be fair, they became rather busy. However, I had to hunt down the bar tender to cash me out after waiting 20 minutes. I had the miso seabass, lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, baked potato, and sautéed Brussels sprouts. All were excellent! I was hoping for the French onion soup, but it was not available. Dessert was key lime pie. Also excellent. Worth the price, but i think the bread was over-rated. It was a large onion hamburger bun. It wasn't the typical high-end bread offering that I was expecting. Overall, a good experience that I would be willing to repeat.

Our visit to Morton’s The Steakhouse was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We had reservations to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, the food was perfectly prepared, and the service truly made the night special. A huge shoutout to Trent, our server, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable. He was professional, attentive, and had excellent recommendations for starters, the steaks and desserts. Every detail was taken care of, and his friendly personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. From the perfectly cooked steaks to the decadent desserts, everything exceeded our expectations. Morton’s has always been known for quality, but Trent’s top-notch service made this visit stand out even more.

This was my second time here for dinner. We got dinner and a show tonight! The set menu was delicious. The service was great. Reservations are recommended. The parkibg lot on the second floor leads to the elevator to the restaurant.
