Mirage Art & Coffee

Walked 15 minutes this morning with my partner based on the hours posted in multiple places on the windows. Locked door, no sign, no notice anywhere online. Things happen, staff get sick, I get it. What made me actually leave a review is the owner's response to my partner telling her she should have had "full information" before posting. The full information was the hours on your own windows. Blaming customers for not knowing your barista called out sick is a choice - Lecturing customers in the comments costs you future ones.

This place is a hidden gem in Kaimuki ! It is located on 10th Avenue. The owner is eccentric, funny, and very humorous. She hosts paint parties and open mic nights most months on Saturdays, and they are super fun ! Belly dancers, poetry, and music ! They also have local artist's pieces and you can always come by and get a nice cup of coffee ☕️

Looking for a different kind of coffee experience…? This eclectic cafe serves up a variety of options with middle eastern & Arabic flair. I tried the Saudi coffee which is a very light roast (more caffeine) with ground up cardamom served in an elaborate dallah, or teapot. The flavor reminded me of a Thai yellow curry but more viscous and desert-earthy. The cardamom prevents the stomach-ache one can get from coffee but gives another ginger-family feeling. I’m going to try the Turkish coffee next time as well as some authentic middle-eastern cuisine. A unique place & Jasmine will help you explore the vast world of coffee out there. 4.5/5 🤙🏼

Jasmin was so sweet and the food was absolutely amazing. Im Lebanese and it tastes just as good as my mom’s Zatar!! So happy i found a place that has middle eastern food on island that actually tastes really good!! 10/10 recommend

I wanted to try a new coffee shop and I came here and the owner was very helpful educating me about different kinds of coffee! I got the Turkish and Saudi coffee and they were very interesting indeed! Nothing like I’ve tried anywhere else on Oahu. The owner makes her own sweets like ice cream (gelato) and cake (very yummy and pairs nicely with the coffee) small but cozy place! Definitely more of a sit-in kinda place, very welcoming. Will be coming back!

What a lovely place , we met Yasmeen ❤️ she is amazing, and she welcomed us with an open heart and a big smile .she is an artist 🎨, and her painting are amazing We tried the Saudi coffee, and it was top notch 👌 and it reminded me of coffee back in Saudi . The food is delicious, and the vibe is outstanding. I'm so happy to find such a cool place here in Hawaii. Thank you so much, Yasmin

My wife and I got babaganoush toast (pictured), avocado toast, vegetarian panini (pictured), pear nut muffin (pictured), lemon cake, and a Saudi coffee (I was pretty hungry). Altogether this cost just over $50, which is overpriced in my opinion. Food was ok except for some burnt toast and dry $5.25 muffin. All I wanted to drink was water but they only have bottled, so I abstained. I like that there's a place out in Palolo with vegetarian food but I can't say I left here super happy.
