McDonald's - Honolulu (Keeaumoku St)

DO NOT EAT HERE ROACHES ON SEATS AND TABLES!! ZEOR STARSAs we were sitting there eating, there was roaches, climbing all around us. Back of booth bottom of booth coming out the seats. Very rude when we went up to inform them and tell them we needed a refund. Reporting to health department.

ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!! If I could leave a zero star I would, they had just about 20 roaches crawling all around the lobby This is disgusting! And all of the employees had an attitude/were unhelpful and laughing One of the girls (light-skin or Mexican with a bun, asked what happened, laughed and went to the bathroom as if this is a regular occurrence) This is so disgusting I could only imagine what your guys houses look like 🤢

A tradition in Hawaii Mcdonalds Breakfast, please note there is not to many places in the world where you can go and eat Spam & Portugese with eggs and rice and with fruit punch. Kudos to your staff and management. Please note there is always alot of action going on. Recommend be pro active.

I stop by this McDonald’s often, and Valerie at the drive-thru is absolutely wonderful! She is consistently friendly and upbeat, and makes the ordering process so easy. My order is always 100% correct and served with a smile. It’s rare to get such great service at a drive-thru—Valerie truly makes my day!"

Opened 24 hours per day. This is the worst mac Donald’s. I will never go inside again. Lots of very drugged homeless people sitting around and wandering inside at 2 pm !! The staff seemed very used to it. I am sorry but I did not feel safe.

no need for a deep dive, fast food has a place in our lives, and anything in moderation is ok. but there is one item that really stands out. the Quarter pounder. super beefy and satisfying, easy access and easy on the wallet. if you are really hungry, get the double, skip the fries. its filling and you can avoid the extra carbs the fries provide. a burger is not unhealthy… its when you eat it with fries n milkshake or soda. the late night drive thru is dependable and you can avoid all the zombies that hangout nearby

Great food and excellent service. If it's your first time here, pay attention on how to order your food and your table numbers. When ordering, make sure you have your table ready because when you order, they will bring your food to your table. Food was good. Typical McDonalds food. Bathrooms were not in the best shape but it was still usable. Parking is tight but usable. Overall, a good McDonalds.
