McDonald's - Honolulu (Kilauea Ave)

Me and my other half ordered sum food and sat down and waited, while i waited my other half went to use the bathroom and when she came back she told me she seen two managers kissing in the bathroom also touching each other. One of the managers was short and the other taller than the first but I know this because they came out as soon as my half told me.

I’m a father, and my young daughter went into the restroom and witnessed two employees, who appeared to be managers based on their different uniforms, inside the same stall doing inappropriate things. No child should have to see something like that. Please act professionally at work and be mindful that families and children are present. If employees are going to engage in personal or inappropriate behavior, it should not happen at the workplace at all.

The morning staff are absolutely terrible. I understand that it is bright and early in the morning and that this McDonald’s opens at 5 o’clock however; People have places to go, and once you get locked into a drive-through you can’t leave , I should not be sitting in the drive-through line with four other cars waiting for my order to be taken at 5:30 When your store states that it opens at five. It is 532. There are two cars in front of me. I asked the car in the very front if it has order had been taken his order had not been taken. We have been sitting in the drive-through for about 35 minutes. This McDonald’s is SUPPOSED To start taking orders at 5 o’clock it seems that they are not interested in opening up at their scheduled time as this is not the first time that this has happened. They should be ashamed for allowing this to continue most mornings. i’m not someone that normally writes a review however this is the fourth time in two weeks that this has happened

no refills on tea. had to wait several mins to get my dronk. no one at front counter.

So I stopped in to get a daily double meal, my go to quick grub. They messed up the sandwich, but I'm a good way LOL my double had 3 patties,I had never seen such a thing. I got a daily triple!!! Other than that the service here was friendly and prompt. I still wish you could add mac sauce to your sandwich at the kiosk. It's a pain force people to use a kiosk to order and pay then I still have to call a worker over to add mac sauce anyway. Just put a button on the customization options to add mac sauce. I know you can.

went to the kahala location at about 5am and no one took my order for ten minutes. After waiting I went back around and noticed 3 cars so I left. The palolo location was even worse; their drive thru times average like 30 minutes, AND THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG.

Fast and friendly service here when we visited. Food tasted great. Restrooms are clean and usable.

I had a really terrible experience at this McDonald’s. They deliberately gave me the wrong items. I clearly ordered a taro pie, but they gave me the apple pie instead, which I did not want. On top of that, my order was full of mistakes and they even forgot one of the burgers I paid for. When I pointed out the mistakes, the staff were very impatient and extremely rude. Instead of helping, they kept telling me to “speak louder” with an unpleasant attitude and unfriendly expressions. It felt like they didn’t care about the customer at all. This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointing service.

How do you ruin pre-cooked, prepackaged food? These people getting paid $20 an hour? For what? Rude, insolent, absolutely horrible customer service. I turned to put something in my bag and the woman yelled, “thank you” at me so I would turn around and grab my drink. Yelled it at me at 6 o’clock in the morning. There was no one else in line, I was the only person in the drive thru. Horrible people. HORRIBLE.

Walked in and used the ordering kiosk screen. Entered table tent number and sat down. Order confirmation said to sit and relax and order would be brought to me - cool! Waited 15 minutes and went to counter. The girl just handed me my food with my TABLE number on it. I asked why did I go thru the tasks of using the kiosk and getting a table tent? She didn't say one word. So low stars for service, food was lukewarm by the time I got it. If you are not gonna do table service, don't offer it. Hey, this is fast food - my service expectations are not that high and they still messed it up. Amazing.
