McDonald's - Honolulu (N Nimitz Hwy)

Sunday July 5th 2026 I made a doordash order i was supposed to have 4 milks with my happy meal, it never came, I called the store and the Filipino aunty answered the phone that was working that night, I told her my issue and she said that I was wrong and that she was the one bagging all of the food and the drinks was supposed to be in a small bag with the order and that the driver took the drinks and I have to report him and that she put the drinks in the bag 100% then hung up on me..............attached is the bag with said milk..........it had a cheeseburger........ I recorded the entire conversation with your worker and ill be reporting this issue to someone who will actually help because I was right, she was wrong, gave me attitude for no reason, check you cameras cuz that milk is in a mag still in the fridge. ITS MCDONALD'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE YOUR LITTERLY BAGGING FOOD NOT EVEN MAKING IT THATS IT AND CANT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT. 100% INCOMPETENT AND IT MAKES THE MANAGERS AND OWNER LOOK EVEN WORSE............PATHETIC.........CANT EVEN BAG UP FOOD CORRECTLY I WOULDNT TRUST THAT LADY DOING ANYTHING EXCEPT BREATH AIR.........LIKE ITS MCDONALD'S CMON JUST GET MY FOOD AND PUT JT IN THE BAG ITS SIMPLE!!!!! The last thing I want is a MCDONALD'S burger im good on that. Fire that lady cuz u just lost a customer 💯

This location is horrible. service is super slow all the time. today i pull up at the drive thru and they “aren’t taking orders”. I pull away and then see them taking orders right after me. I go back in the drive thru and order. wait 20 minutes at the front window then the worker come and tells me they don’t have rounds eggs for the sandwiches. why the hell did they take so long to say something. whoever owns this location needs to hire better staff.wish they had a zero stars.

I can understand mistakes happen, I normally ignore these things- but this location keeps making mistakes. Two weeks ago, I ordered 2 chicken wrap meals, started eating on the road, only one meal in the bag. Today I ordered 4 pancakes with sausage, no sausage in two platters. I’m done with McDonalds. Good prices not so good when they don’t give you all the food you paid for

The restrooms were out of order. We only wanted to wash our hands to eat lunch here and we couldn't even do that. It made me wonder how the workers were washing their hands to prepare food...

The food was excellent and the service was very friendly, but the experience was ruined by three homeless men. One was wearing just a towel, while another was running around the place yelling gibberish and belching loudly.

I was refused in making an order by employee at 12/25/2025 04:19 AM at Drive window, because I don’t have a vehicle. She said that I can make an order as walking customer only during dinning room hours 05:00 am - 11:00 PM. Is it really such rule?

Love love love this McDonalds Hawaiians are so sweet and kind. They made all the food fresh and hot it was the best McDonald’s I’ve had along with Puerto Rico McDonalds and Japan McDonalds. I just wish the Hawaii exclusive items weren’t sold out

Better than average McDonald’s. Cheeseburger was neatly prepared without ketchup all over the outside of the bun. Fries hot. Restaurant clean.

Yes, I got there 45 minutes before they close, but there were 15 orders in progress or being served according to their screen. It looked like there was only 3 people working, and they couldn't handle the load. I tried to use the order kiosk but there were no "table tents" that it asked me to scan, anywhere, so I went to the counter. I waited at the counter for my order to be taken for 15 minutes. With this store so close to the airport how can they expect so few people to handle this many customers? Do not recommend ever coming here unless you want to starve yourself. The picture shows nobody at the counters or making food. They also didn't clean any tables the 45 minutes I was there, and nobody emptied the trash in hours. Slow, unsanitary, poor health practice.
