Mama's Spaghetti House

I ordered the linguine with white garlicky sauce and it was really yummy. It came with a taro sweet roll that was yummy too. The garlic bread is $3 for 3 pieces. I’m glad she upsold me on that. My family enjoyed that so fast I needed another order . Due to covid there was no place to sit and eat unless u wait in line a long time. That is understandable but not great. The service was not horrible but it wasn’t fantastic either.

Got a diarrhea when eating seafood spaghetti here for 22$. For some uncooked mussels. Avoid!

I get Mamas Spaghetti House at least once a week. I work in the mall, so it’s convenient for me to get food from the food court when needed. Mama’s spaghetti house has been one of my favorite restaurants on island since the first time I had it. I always call in my order, and I know the cashiers always recognize me before I can even make it to the register. They are some of the sweetest women I have met. They are always so kind, and treat me with the same respect and kindness as if I were a first time customer. I always get a carbonara linguini, and it NEVER disappoints. This place deserves so much more recognition, and I would like the front staff to know I appreciate them and their kindness so much!

I look forward to eating here whenever I'm in town. The bay shrimp alfredo has been my favorite for over 10 years. I will say this latest time did seem to have less shrimp and mushrooms overall, but they made up for that with more noodles it seems like. It's plenty to share with another person and still have leftovers.

I used to enjoy this place so much, many years ago. I remember tons of onions and mushrooms, and a rich sauce. I guess that dish us hone. I had to add mushrooms, and they were the only thing I really enjoyed. The bread was soft and unimpressive. Employees were nice, and I saw the cook working hard, but I wouldn't try there again.

I was not impressed with what I received the first time I ate here. The protein-to-pasta ratio was wayyy off IMO. Not nearly enough protein and tons of pasta. I also felt like they put way too much Alfredo sauce in my pasta as well. Did not make for a pleasant eating experience. For the price of the meal, I cannot recommend this place.

Don’t waste your money. At first glance Mama spaghetti house looked promising, but look’s can be deceiving.If your gonna eat pasta at the mall don’t go to the food court @ Mama Spagehtti House. Go to Olive Garden or a real Italian restaurant ! I got the shrimp Alfredo and steak Alfredo. Sauce was mediocre not flavorful , shrimp crazy small and minimal, steak tough, and there was freaking hair in my food. Completely lost my appetite. Paid $40 for trash food.

Grrr.... I got the shrimp Alfredo. I was looking for a quick bite to eat and I had gotten food from here before for my kids that looked good so I tried it for myself. This is hawaii, I was expecting some decent sized shrimp in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, and what I got was a mess of noodles, an overly garlic sauce and what appeared to be canned tiny shrimp. Albeit, there were like 30 of them shrimps in there, but they were small, very pink looking shrimp. So, it's an olive garden there also, I would recommend that.

Better than Sbarro! LoL. #2 Meat Sauce Pasta is so good. Highly recommended! Sauce is seasoned just right & ain’t dry at all. It was a happy meal with my favorite all-time food! Garlic bread is a flop! Will never order it again. Doesn’t even taste garlic bread! Customer service is good! Celeste, the cashier is so friendly. Kudos to the chef. Mahalo for the great customer service.

On 12/9/19, I grabbed spaghetti for dinner and the cashier (cashier 2) didn’t include utensils with my takeout. Seriously, how can you eat spaghetti w/out utensils. I think she did it on purpose because she had an attitude so I didn’t tip her. Lady if you don’t want to be there give it up because someone else needs the job and I think your employer should know about this. I ended up throwing it away. I should go back for a refund but I definitely won’t go back as long as she works there. I wish I took her picture.
