Longhi's Ko Olina
About
Oceanfront Flavor at the Ko Olina Resort
Perched right at the edge of the Pacific, Longhi’s Ko Olina serves as a staple for those wandering the serene lagoons of West Oahu. The atmosphere leans into an airy, resort-casual aesthetic where the sound of crashing surf often competes with the clinking of wine glasses. It is the kind of spot where you come for the sunset view and stay for the table-side service.
The Italian-Inspired Menu
The culinary identity here is built on a foundation of classic Italian traditions fused with fresh, locally caught Hawaiian seafood. The signature lobster pasta is a consistent draw, arriving in a rich sauce that balances the sweetness of the shellfish with sharp garlic and fresh herbs. The kitchen takes pride in sourcing island-grown produce, which shines in their crisp salads and vegetable-forward starters.
What to Expect
The dining room features high ceilings and an expansive layout, making it an ideal choice for large parties or families staying at the nearby resorts. While the space is beautiful, the acoustics can climb when the house is full, turning quiet conversations into a lively, energetic hum. If you are planning a visit, keep in mind that the parking structure can be a bit of a trek; give yourself ten extra minutes to navigate the resort pathways before your reservation time.
Whether you are looking for a celebratory dinner after a day of snorkeling in the Ko Olina lagoons or a relaxed lunch overlooking the water, this Honolulu-area destination offers a reliable rhythm of hospitality that feels quintessentially breezy.

The food was okay. Host put us in a hot spot and when we complained, someone tried to close the wall window partly like it was going to help. It was piping hot! We were moved into a booth where the 3 of us can’t even sit close together because part of it was still covered by the sun. It is a very nice place! It was just so very uncomfortable! The server’s service was great! The service rating was in general! It’s not like there were no other tables that were more comfortable!

Was in and out in 45 minutes for breakfast at 10am. Nice view. Breezy and quiet every time we have come in the mornings. It's fun watching the Koi try to chase after dragonflies!

We ate here twice during our two week stay at the Four Seasons Ko Olina. Each night we saw the most beautiful sunset right from our table. The food was both delicious but also was served remarkably quickly. I think the first night from the time we sat down to leaving we were done within 45 minutes, and had even ordered appetizers. We had the baked salmon, surf & turf, seafood risotto, local catch longhi style, and crab cakes and they were all very good - my personal favorite being the salmon. Our kids also wanted to compliment on how much they enjoyed the bread and butter. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the Ko Olina area.

I have went to many restaurants but this so far is not only the best restaurant in Hawaii but also the best restaurant I have ever been into. The food was beyond my expectations because during this vacation there was a lot of crappy food places that had a lot of acid or overloaded with garlic or no seasoning, but this food has a lot of technique and flair to really show off the elegance and the class of this restaurant. Next, for service the waitresses are very nice, good times has been efficient despite of all the chaos that they have to go through, and they don’t leave tables messy and have always been clean and polite to customers. Last, the environment has a really good classy Italian feel and it’s really comforting and relaxing. So overall this place has been wonderful and amazing!!!! Keep up the good work! Best restaurant I have ever been in. You really show what place is the star of Hawaii.

Longhi’s Ko Olina a beautiful restaurant located seaside at the Ko Olina resorts. Serving a mixture of local cuisine and traditional Italian cuisine. We had the sumptuous Lobster Eggs Benedict. A wonderfully delicious and rich tasting dish. Maine Lobster meat onto of a toasted baguette with perfectly poached eggs and a wonderful Hollandaise sauce. We also had the Rueben sandwich. Tasty corned beef topped with Sauerkraut served on house made swirled rye and Russian dressing. For appetizers we had the Artichoke steamed California Artichoke with Longhi’s signature Lemon Butter sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano. We also had the Calamari deep fried perfectly served with a Spicy Arrabiata sauce and a Lemon Garlic Aioli. Validated valet parking available.

Our second visit to Longhi’s was as memorable as our first three years ago! Our server, Christine was extremely helpful with answering questions and making great recommendations for us! She has the perfect personality for this line of work and we highly recommend you request her! The food was delicious, served hot and in a timely manner. The selections are great! The desserts were all temping as Christine told us about each one! Our selection was fabulous! After dinner you get to see the gorgeous sunsets from this incredible island! Mahalo Christine and Longhi’s! We will definitely be back!!

We were completely blown away by both the food and the location—it’s absolutely gorgeous and made for a memorable dining experience. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, and the dessert truly stole the show—it was easily the highlight of the meal and something I’d come back just for. That said, the service left a lot to be desired. It was a windy day, and the staff didn’t make any effort to accommodate the situation, which was disappointing given the otherwise wonderful experience. They seemed inattentive and could benefit from hiring team members who are more proactive and customer-focused. Even with the service issues, the quality of the food makes this spot worth visiting. With a few improvements in staff training and attentiveness, this could easily be a five-star experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back for the food—and hopefully, the service will catch up to the incredible cuisine!

Our last nights stay at beautiful Marriott’s Ko Olina in Oahu we decided to have dinner at Longhi’s. Such a lovely restaurant with an outstanding view and great atmosphere with lots of menu options. Sitting underneath the beautiful moonlight of Hawaiian skies was a perfect experience with my husband. The beautiful Koi Fish pond surrounding the restaurant makes for a perfect spot. Our Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection! The meal was mouthwatering and the service provided by the restaurant staff was superb. We will definitely visit again on our next visit to Hawaii Oahu Marriotts Ko Olina! Everything was perfect 👌🏾
