Little Caesars (4561 Salt Lake Blvd)

I don’t have any complaints about the food. The pizza here is delicious and reasonably priced. The issue isn’t the food — it’s the people working there. Many of the reviews seem to point that out too. The service is really poor. That young guy working there (maybe the owner’s son?🤣) looks like he absolutely hates his job.

This might've been one of the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to in my entire life. To start the crust tasted undercooked and they over flowed it with cheese getting rid of the perfect cheese sauce ratio. Then they put pretty much no sauce what so ever I actually had to dip it in the crazy bread sauce to make it even a bit manageable. The entire pizza was just horrible not to mention they said it would take 5 minutes for them to make it but it took about 10-15 minutes. Even when it was made the people working there were not enthusiastic at all and sounded like they did not want to be there they weren't even trying to hide it. I 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT HERE UNLESS YOURE ABOUT TO DIE OF HUNGER.

Dude at the front seems to hate his life. I don’t know how he was hired he needs to be taught proper customer service. I came to order and he was just sitting in the corner looking down on his cellphone. His coworker who’s baking in the back had to tell him there’s a customer. I asked for napkins and he banged his cellphone on the register. NAPKINS SHOULD BE GIVEN WITH YOUR ORDER. THIS IS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I actually like Little Caesars but bad customer service will just ruin your business.
