Kingz Feast Hawaii
About
A Modern Luau Experience in Honolulu
Stepping into Kingz Feast Hawaii feels less like a typical restaurant visit and more like being invited to a genuine island celebration. Located right in the pulse of Honolulu, this spot ditches the stiff formalities of tourist-heavy dining for a grounded, communal energy. You will smell the unmistakable aroma of kiawe-smoked meats hitting the air the moment you walk through the doors, a scent that signals slow-cooked perfection.
The Flavors of the Islands
The kitchen leans heavily into traditional preparation methods that have defined local cuisine for generations. Their signature kalua pig is shredded to a tender consistency that practically melts, maintaining a subtle saltiness that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of fresh, locally sourced poi. If you are adventurous, the lau lau—pork and butterfish wrapped in luau leaves—is the standard for authentic Hawaiian comfort food here.
The Atmosphere
Expect a room filled with the low hum of genuine conversation and the occasional clatter of serving trays. The space is lively and, during peak dinner hours, can get quite loud, making it an ideal choice for groups who prefer a high-energy environment over a quiet, hushed dining room. Be prepared for a bit of a challenge when looking for parking nearby; the popularity of this stretch in Honolulu means you might need to circle the block or opt for a short walk from a nearby public lot.
Whether you are a local craving a familiar Sunday spread or a traveler looking to step away from the polished resort dining scene, Kingz Feast Hawaii provides an unpretentious, flavor-forward experience that defines the modern island culinary scene.

Literally a hole in the wall place but the food is awesome. It's only take out as there's no dining room, not even a counter, just a door with some instructions on it. You can order online which is definitely preferable so your food is ready when you get there. The parking area is cramped with various other businesses and I had to park in the middle of nowhere blocking everybody to get my food. Still worth it! Good food! Just wish they moved somewhere else where they are more accessible. That'd be winnaz!

The food was absolutely delicious! We got the Ahi Katsu and the NY Steak and both were cooked to perfection. You can tell a lot of thought and aloha goes into the cooking and it seems like everything is made from scratch, which says a lot since it's a one man operation. Also highly recommend the lychee lemonade. We'll definitely be back!

This place is amazing. Food was the best we had all week! Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, so tasty...amazing! Got to drive toward the end of the one way to find it and it's in the back by the auto shop. Totally worth it!

Friendly and welcoming staff. My daughter was eyeing the steak for over a week and it did not disappoint! We tore into it the moment we got into the car and I don’t think that we paused to take a breath until we finished the meal. Definitely an obscure spot that maybe is a touch difficult to find, but it reminded me of the way the best eats are hidden home in Los Angeles. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The only thing wrong here is that they don’t give you a wheelbarrow to carry the takeout boxes because they are heavy! Great portions, great quality. Mac salad is top tier. Great chicken and ahi katsu.
