KFC - Honolulu (Mccully Street)

Trash. Top 3 WORST fried chicken I ever ate. Ordered a bucket of wings. Dry inside, soggy outside, no flavor apart of cheap vegetable oil and some flour.

The store manager at the 1124 McCully location "Elma" ("write it down" as she said like a condescending smart ass) can be very unprofessional and petty. I have visited this location multiple times over the past months and it hasn't been a problem, for the most part, with the employees letting customers into the bathroom. I came here to eat today after experiencing extreme sleep deprivation due to other tragic stuff going on in my life and was busy all day trying to take care of stuff and I didn't have the opportunity to eat all day until 6:30pm when my order was scheduled to be picked up. I received my order today with no delay or problem unlike some other times, but when I asked for some ice because I hadn't drank anything all day as well she had a very cold unprofessional attitude about charging $0.26 ("we charge") even though she has had no problem doing this before. I had to walk 2 blocks up the street to Jack-in-the-box where they kindly gave me some ice for my cup. I walked back to the location to sit down and finally eat. Let me note that the employees let me use the bathroom earlier to urinate and wash my hands. Upon completing my meal 30 minutes later I needed to use the bathroom again to wash my hands, etc. In the past this has not been a problem even if the manager occasionally shows attitude and it's not just a language barrier situation. They let other customers use the bathroom while I was eating earlier. I have always made sure that I wipe the toilet seat and clean up after myself before exiting the bathroom. When I asked to use the bathroom after eating, even though they had let me in earlier 30 minutes ago, they unprofessionally ignored my requests to use the bathroom and coldly yelled, "We're busy!" One of the employees threw moist toilettes onto the counter and said, "You can wipe your hands with wipes!" I continued to press to use the bathroom and noted that it was empty and that they let me earlier. The manager, still giving this multiple paying customer zero eye contact, respect, or appropriate attention, then decided to lie and say that I have left the bathroom dirty as the made up final excuse to cruelly and rudely deny me access to the bathroom. This was especially after I noted the earlier visits, then she, clearly thinking to lie, said, "every time." This is clearly not true and was made up on the fly for some odd stupid reason because it defies normal logic or behavior due to the fact that if this were true they wouldn't continue letting the customer use the bathroom multiple times over multiple visits. It doesn't make any sense and it isn't true! I very truly did not deserve this added stress and mistreatment by these employees of your company. I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO THEM OR YOUR COMPANY TO. DESERVE THIS! I want this manager admonished and talked to for her cruelty, attitude, and undue unprofessionalism! I just simply wanted to eat and use your Tuesday deal...I DIDN'T NEED TO SUFFER ANY ADDITIONAL OR EXTRANEOUS B.S.!! This experience ruined my faith in this company and my meal. Believe me when I say that I DID NOT NEED ANY ADDED STRESS OR B.S.! With that said, I have had multiple faithful visits. I haven't mentioned that the this location's system is normally not even available for online orders half of the time, which is the only way use any rewards account offers. They are clearly being lazy and turn it off when they don't want to do a lot of orders! KFC and Dallas, TX based Yum Brands need to check their employees! People DO NOT NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS! Luckily for them I am not crazy, dangerous, or evil because there are people who would have very quickly and easily escalated this unnecessary situation!

Tried and true delicious chicken! Be sure to download the app and get significant savings especially on tuesdays. Today was 20 wings for $20! Only a savings of about 20% but that's certainly better than nothing!
