KFC - Honolulu (Bougainville Drive)

Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you have an issue with an online order, don’t even bother asking them for a refund they won’t help you at all or try to find a solution in store. You’d think they’d be more polite to customers, especially regulars. It’s just been continuing to go downhill for the last 6 months. Went to corporate and filed a complaint.

In general waiting 30 minutes AFTER the app said my order was ready is generally a bad business practice. I dont think employees really cared either.

My wife and I stopped by KFC around 6:45 to 7:00 pm and ordered what we normally get. A chicken sandwich, a Famous Bowl, mac and cheese, and Diet Pepsi. Unfortunately everything was terrible. The chicken was cold and not fresh, the mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting for hours, and the Diet Pepsi tasted off, almost like medicine. We also ordered a kids meal for our child and he did not eat any of the food because of how bad it was. What made this even more frustrating is that we were the only car there with no other customers, so there was no reason for the food to be in that condition. We spent around 46 dollars which is absurd for the quality we received. I normally do not complain, but this experience was horrible and completely unacceptable.

The staff is always so polite! Theyre doing their best with being undermanned. My food always comes out great.

Pulled up to KFC and did an online order. I was told they don’t open until later when my wife’s order already got processed. On top of that they are telling us we can’t get the food and we can’t get a refund. Do not come here. This place is unprofessional

Waited twenty-five minutes for a twelve piece, chicken bucket in a place that sells chicken. There were 0 cars in front of me, and there have been 0 cars behind me for 20 minutes. So I was very disappointed, waiting for chicken from a chicken place. They asked me to drive up and wait. I waited. I drove back to the window and then I was asked, "which order were you?" Seriously, there has been no other car in the drive through but me. So I finally got my chicken. No "sorry foe forgetting about you" just lighter and a closed drive-thru window. :(

Be careful ordering drinks. Made it all the way home before I realized my drink had a bunch of dead ants floating inside.

Terri in specific, was very disrespectful. i was the first customer in today just simply because i had to use the bathroom. I walked in and asked a few times nicely for the bathroom code due to the fact that i see padlocks on them.. no one heard me so i did raise my voice just a bit so the guy in the back could hear me.. she comes around the corner yelling at me saying it’s open just go in just go in.. i thought was very disrespectful and not in any way how to greet or help a customer out.. i am praying for her day to be better!! her attitude was insane!!!!!!!!!

I initially wanted the mike’s hot honey chicken but was told it was unavailable and I even asked for the different Mountain Dew that is advertised but all of it was unavailable. Food was cold and stale and the employee( Arolina) at the window was extremely rude and slammed the door in my face when I asked for sauce. She needs to be fired for the lack of respect she has for service members and customers as a whole.

Weekend deal is good. Otherwise the meals are okay in price and the pieces of chicken are getting smaller. No regular style fried.wings just the hot version so that eas a bummer. Staff varies. Some are very accommodating while others may seem a little gruff. Oberall it is consistent with the chain's standards. TIP: they do not accept gift cards that you would use on the mainland because they don't have the reader for it. All Hawaii KFC's are this way.
