Title: After 15+ years of loyalty, we’re done. The management has destroyed this location. Review: My family has been coming to this Jamba Juice since my kids were little. We’ve watched them grow up with these smoothies, from elementary school treats to celebrating their recent graduations. We’ve stayed loyal through management changes and years of service, but what is happening now under the current leadership is a disgrace to the brand. The Failure of Management (Michael): I’ve been around long enough to recognize Michael (M—) from when he was just a regular staff member here. I am frankly stunned that he was promoted to a leadership role. Even years ago, it was clear he couldn't handle the pressure of a rush. If you look at the recent reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who has noticed his temper. It is a massive failure on the part of the owners to promote someone with a documented history of unprofessionalism and a lack of emotional intelligence. Performative and Toxic Behavior: Michael’s behavior is the definition of "performative." When the store gets busy, he completely unravels—slamming equipment, barking orders at his team, and creating an atmosphere so tense it makes your skin crawl. Then, he’ll turn to a customer and "flip a switch," putting on this fake, forced smile that is an insult to our intelligence. We can see exactly how he’s treating the staff the second his back is turned. It’s a "walking on eggshells" environment that is uncomfortable for every family in the building. The Breaking Point: On our last visit, we watched him berate a young girl on the register. She was doing her job, but Michael was so aggressive and condescending that she was visibly on the verge of tears while trying to serve customers. As a parent of kids who have worked service jobs, it was infuriating to watch. No young person should be subjected to that kind of workplace bullying, especially not from a "manager" who is supposed to be leading them. Quality is a Direct Reflection of the Chaos: You can literally taste the stress in the product. Because the environment is so hostile and chaotic, the quality control has vanished. Our drinks have been inconsistent, poorly blended, and clearly rushed. A leader who stays cool under pressure ensures a good product; a leader who slams things and yells ensures a failing business. Final Verdict: We’ve supported this Jamba Juice through my kids’ entire childhoods, but we won't be back to witness this level of mistreatment. It’s a toxic workspace and a shadow of what it used to be. Until Michael is removed or replaced by someone who actually knows how to lead a team with respect, our family will be taking our business elsewhere. Ownership needs to wake up and look at the "revolving door" they’ve created before they lose every regular they have left.

I've already had bad experiences at this place before, but last night was the cherry on top. The man taking my husbands order at 7:40 gave attitude and proceeded to tell us that the reason he's giving attitude is because they close in 20 minutes. There's no signs on display stating when they take their last order. They're open till 8, and it's not like we're coming in 5 minutes prior. This store hires anyone off the street cause the employees have sucked for so long now. Always giving attitude. Do better Jamba, or get out of business.

Went to moanalua location this morning and was helped by Jonah! He was so friendly and welcoming and made delicious smoothies for my friend and I. He rocks it was such a pleasant experience I had to ask him for his name to hype him up on the internet.

Aloha. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really stood out, and NOT in a good way. Whoever’s managing this location seriously needs to do a better job making sure things are actually in stock. It's frustrating to wait in a long line, finally get to the front, and then be told half the items are unavailable. That said, I truly feel for the staff. They’re struggling with all the pressure and trying to make things work with what little they have. Despite the situation, the cashier recommended a substitution for my drink and I’m glad they did, because it actually turned out really good. Shoutout to them for staying positive and making the best of a bad situation. I’ve worked in the food industry for years, so It’s truly upsetting to see these workers not being treated fairly!

They Have Really Great Acai Bowls Smooties,And Parmeson Cheese Pretzel.

Great staff, fast service, yummy treats! Free WiFi wail u wait which usiualy isn't very long. Oatmeal till 11am! Acai and energy bowls. Always something new. Great neighborhood shop!

Debbie K. I love Jamba my favorite is Banana Berry. Very refreshing. The staff is always friendly. Fast service too. This morning after not going to Jamba awhile I ordered Banana Berry. It tasted terrible and left a bad after taste. Not sure if they use different ingredients or it wasn't fresh. I wont be going back to Jamba no more.

This place has some great drinks but they're just way over priced. A medium watermelon breeze is $9.79 and a large was $11.79. I didn't buy one... even for Hawaii It's expensive.

Get these workers some help! They have been lately understaffed and very slow … not their fault. Shut off their mobile orders and door dash Uber orders, the cannot keep up with the in person customers. Our drinks were melted and my bowl was basically a drink.
