Jamba Juice - Honolulu (Kalanianaole Hwy.)
About
Fuel Your Honolulu Adventure
Located right in the heart of the Ala Moana shopping district, this Jamba outpost serves as a refreshing pit stop for locals and visitors alike. Whether you are coming off a long walk through the open-air mall or gearing up for a beach day, the blenders here provide a reliable, chilled escape from the humid Hawaii heat.
The Signature Blend Experience
You will hear the unmistakable, high-pitched whir of industrial blenders the moment you approach the counter—a rhythmic soundtrack to the island's busiest retail corridor. The menu leans heavily into functional ingredients, with the fan-favorite 'Aloha Pineapple' and classic 'Strawberry Wild' remaining staples for those seeking a quick, fruit-forward energy boost. The staff moves with a practiced efficiency that keeps lines manageable, even during the peak lunch rush when the nearby office crowd descends.
Local Vibe and Tips
Expect a functional, no-frills environment designed for grab-and-go convenience rather than lingering. While the seating area is limited, the proximity to the surrounding park areas makes it easy to take your drink to-go and find a patch of shade under a palm tree. Keep in mind that finding parking in the immediate vicinity can be a challenge during holiday weekends, so plan to use the upper-level garages if you are making a quick trip just for your smoothie fix. It is the ideal spot for a post-workout refresh or a simple treat while exploring Honolulu's most iconic shopping destination.

Customer service has been bad lately. No very welcoming. Also last time I got a Peanut Butter mood it tasted off. Think they put protein in it by mistake or they gave me the wrong persons drink..

The employees here make a strong case for full automation of smoothie making, no staff required. In the span of just a few minutes I witness a customer voice a complaint, the staff all with dumbfounded looks of not knowing how to respond, the customer leaves, to then have the staff now voice their opinions, out loud, amongst each other about the customer while there are still plenty of customers in the store to hear. Not sure how long this group of employees have been working together or in general, but the lack of experience and awareness is troubling and certainly not worth a return visit. The manager of this location should be concerned with his staff.

There is a lot of good and healthy Hawaiian açai bowl options.. we were on our way to hanauma bay and were looking for quick and easy food options to beat the heat.. Turned out to be one of the best options we tried in Hawaii

Located in the Koko Marina shopping center in Hawaii Kai, the perfect place to grab a drink after a hike🤙 Stopped in and they were doing a one day promotion on their coffee and mocha smoothies so ended up ordering that. Short wait, made to order, a smooth transaction. Only negative is the morning sun hits this store directly so while waiting for your order youre in direct sunlight.... But 5 stars nontheless🤙

On January 25th around 2:15pm I ordered 1 peanut butter mood & 1 chocolate mood when the smoothies were done the consistency was almost like water. Believe it was a rushed job and I am definitely NOT satisfied! stay to get it re-done, worker needs to be trained again!

This place is a disgrace. I ordered online at the Hawaii Kai location, which said they were open. put my card in and go to pick it up. I get there and park, but it looks as if the place is closed. I think, oh maybe that's the tint on the windows, so I go up to the door and try to open it. It doesn't open. So, I tried a few more times, and it still doesn't work. After that I get back into the car a little miffed and call the Kahala location because I just paid almost 60 dollars for three small smoothies and 3 depressing sandwiches for my family that I was soon to find out I should not even have ordered. They said that they would make the order at their location, so I was like alright, I'm heading that way anyway. Can I just tell you that this location is in a word: sad. The workers are unprofessional, there are straw wrappers and crumbs on the ground, and it is very dim lit. I finally got the goods after about 20 minutes, and am happy to finally be done with this place. The smoothies were fine, but the food was absolutely horrible. The sandwiches had the texture of cardboard and were a little less than lukewarm. I attempted to eat it 2 MINUTES after I got it, so it wasn't a matter of the time after I got it. I won't be going back to Jamba Juice. Ever.

Disappointed by this matcha green tea smoothie. It barely tastes like matcha -- seen by the lack of matcha green color. Spent $8 for this sad version of matcha.

I love all things fresh and fruity with lots of flavors and different options. When visiting Hawaii and looking for a refreshing drink this is a great place to stop and grab one. Or if you want something more try one of the amazing acai bowls. There is one that has greens in it and one that has more of an acai berry base. Both tasty.
