Jamba Juice - Honolulu (Paiea Street)

Always our go to place after a good workout. Nice refreshing smoothie. Service always excellent and fast.

SO THANKFUL I SWITCHED DRINKS WITH MY TODDLER, THERE WAS PLASTIC IN OUR STRAWBERRIES WILD. (See attached photo) Having had worked with the company in previous years. I always expected a certain level of customer service. I did not receive that today. No name tag on the worker. Told me she couldn't make the smoothie I always drink. Chocolate Covered strawberries, not a big deal, if you havent made it then you probably dont know how. But she wasn't very nice about it either.. gave me a look like, why are you even asking me.. Server name on receipt is Paradise S. Not sure if shes just having a bad day, but I dont think she should be running the store. As she is the only employee I had the pleasure of interacting with while I was in the establishment. Before leaving they picked up with customers, as I was the only one inside with my daughter. Another employee came out and she seemed to be more pleasant. Wish I had the opportunity to order with her.

The employee(aunty) was very accommodating. She served me and my toddler with Aloha. (1/5/26 0900)

I had the most amazing experience here at Jamba Juice, the customer service by Mr. Levi was on point! 10/10 he not only was accommodating but he was SERVING! I have never met a more kind and generous manager in my life!

Jamba Juice is renowned and well-known all over the US. In this place is located near the airport in Honolulu Hawaii. I had a wonderful time and wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back to your beautiful island and possibly come back for another Jamba Juice

This location is near HNL with paid parking. Make sure you take your ticket in to get it validated, so you don’t have pay the parking fee. The location also has friendly service.

A typical Jamba Juice experience is what you get when you go to this Jamba Juice near the Honolulu Airport.  Typical prices, typical smoothies/acai bowls, and foods etc.  A bit dirtier than other Jamba Juice locations I have visited around the island.  Service and staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. Parking is shared with other businesses in the shopping center. It is a gated shopping center so be sure to get your ticket validated to avoid the parking fee (if parked for more than 2 hrs).
