Jamba Juice - Honolulu (Waialae Ave. Kahala Mall)
About
Fueling Your Kahala Mall Shopping Spree
Positioned right inside the bustling Kahala Mall, this Jamba outpost serves as the go-to pit stop for locals grabbing a quick, cold recharge while exploring East Honolulu. The storefront hums with the high-pitched whir of industrial blenders, a signature sound that cuts through the indoor mall air, signaling a freshly crafted snack is moments away.
Signature Blends and Local Favorites
Whether you are prepping for a hike toward Diamond Head or winding down after a morning of errands, the menu leans heavily on functional nutrition. The Aloha Pineapple and Strawberry Wild are staples here, capturing that bright, acidic sweetness that hits the spot on a humid Hawaii afternoon. If you are looking for something more substantial, their steel-cut oatmeal bowls offer a warm, hearty contrast to the ice-cold fruit blends.
The Kahala Experience
Expect a streamlined, efficient operation that prioritizes speed. While the seating area is integrated into the mall’s common space, the convenience of the location makes it perfect for a fast grab-and-go meal. Pro tip: The line can snake out into the walkway during the mid-day lunch rush, so if you are on a tight schedule, ordering ahead via their app is a smart move to bypass the crowd. The staff keeps things moving quickly, ensuring you spend less time waiting and more time enjoying your refreshment amidst the classic Kahala shopping atmosphere.

Always nice to have a nice refreshing smoothie. The service was great. They have a few tables for you to enjoy your smoothie.

Always crowded but the service is very fast so the line doesn't get too long. It's conveniently located inside Kahala Mall. Casual attire seems the norm. Air-conditioning is comfortable in the summer months. Parking can get a tad busy in the afternoon.

Worst customer service of any of the locations. The app wasn't working, asked if they could use my phone number to look up my rewards. Mr. Sunshine over here told me "we don't do that". I asked him if this was a policy unique to this location because other locations are able to use the phone number. He then said "if you don't have the app then there's nothing I can do". Oh wowwwww love that stank attitude...went to Kapahulu location with absolutely NO problems plus the gal there let me know I can access rewards via the Jamba website. *side note "free" is not free when ordering via the app or website, there's a service fee.

The manager here was professional at first but within 3sec of taking my very large order she became visibly upset. Apparently, she was in the middle of a personal phone call with her husband and they were working out their relationship. My very large order had interrupted her conversation. Instead of ending the call she continued her call on speaker phone as she tried to fill my order. She was so focused on her call, she asked a worker to help her before he clocked in to work. Her exact words, "Hey (employee name), I know you didn't clockin yet but can you help me finish this order?" He helped and she continued her call. When the employee wasn't moving fast enough se began to yell at him. The whole time she was having a heated conversation with her husband about their personal LOVE life and I could hear it all.

Came in half an hour before closing and all the juice options (orange and carrot) were not available so had to get a smoothie instead. Smoothie tasted off and funny. The server overfilled and there were smoothies all over the lid and the cup. How could you serve a messy drink like that? The music was too loud and I could barely hear what the waiter was saying.

I went in this morning to place an order for my co-workers and there were no employees in sight...to make matters more annoying I noticed the music they were playing in the store was explicit and dropped several f-bombs. I swear like a sailor myself but I found this to be super unprofessional and uninviting. After waiting a solid five minutes for somebody, anybody to appear, no one did. So I left empty handed and irritated. I love Jamba, so this experience was disappointing...

Amazing workers, they helped make my order in 2 minutes which helped me get on to my other daily activities. I had an awesome cashier whose name was Blaze and the nice worker who made my smoothie was Caitlin. I would come again!
