Authentic Chinese. A given. Surprised to discover a good milk tea here. Just doing this review 'cos of my new discovery as a milk tea addict lol. Food was great! Can be loud during peak hours.

Dim sum was good. Really enjoyed the coconut fluffy white snowball looking roast pork char siu bao. Eat it there. The extra one got soggy later and was not good. Chicken feet and shrimp, rice.noodle wrap dumplings are ok.

Q: Why don't dumplings ever share secrets? A: Because they're afraid of spilling the fillings! I have been told by multiple people on Oahu, people I trust, that Oahu Chinese food just ain't it. So what do I do on my first morning on Oahu? I ask a friend to join me for dim sum. And you know what? No regrets. Because what can I say? I'm ABC and it's the weekend! We stopped by the massive Ala Moana Center, the world's largest open-air shopping center, and strolled into Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant for dim sum. We got the "test sheet" for ordering and we ordered, arguably, way too much and we finished every bite. I enjoyed myself! There were some really tasty bites and I had no complaints. I went in with the lowest of expectations and I'm pleasantly surprised. It was a great meal.

The food was incredibly delicious! I have been searching for authentic chinese food that is as good as the authentic chinese restaurants in New York. Not only did I find this place to be comparable to the best chinese restaurant in New York, but better!!! Thank you so much for satisfying that delicious and gratifying taste that I have been yurning for! Clams with black bean sauce, honey walnut shrimp, sauteed stir fried string beans, peking pork chops and general tso’s chicken😋😋😋😋. Cant wait to try dim sum there. I found my favorite restaurant in Oahu!!!!

First time dining at this restaurant. Highly recommended. Foods are amazingly good and authentic. Service are fast and efficient. Atmosphere are very nice and classic.

Today I got to try the U.S. Wagyu Black Pepper Short Rib and it was very tasty. Also the Dim Sum orders were very tasty. Moreover, the service was very helpful and friendly.

Visited solo for dinner based on the reviews and the appearance of an upscale Chinese Restaurant that reminded me of similar ones in and around NYC. The atmosphere is great, albeit a little loud, but the place was full. The service was very good as well. The waiter I had was polite and attentive; he was waiting tables and tending the bar. Where this experience lacked was the food. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and was very disappointed. It lacked flavor or spice, despite warning it was spicy on the menu. My dish also had very little chicken; it was loaded with mushrooms, maybe a way to save on protein costs. Strangely, it also had some random pieces of ginger in the dish which completely threw off the entire taste of the dish. I would not recommend or get this dish again, and will likely skip returning when visiting the area again.

Pretty good dim sum selection. It is a bit on the pricey side. Would recommend the snow mountain char siu bao. Super soft and has a crumbly crust. Always come out fresh and it’s way better than Tim Ho Wan. Other favorites are the look fun wrapped spring roll and the fried tofu that has fish cake on top. It’s always busy on the weekend during lunch so you’ll always have to wait to get a seat.

Dim sum was terrific! Really delicious dishes, these were 5/5: shrimp spring roll (very crispy/crunchy wrap and tasty shrimp on the inside), deep fried mochi balls (crunchy sesame coated covering sweet black bean paste), pan fried chicken potstickers (large size gyoza with crispy fried wrapper and tender chicken inside), bbq pork look fun roll (tasty lightly chewy covering with tender bbq pork filling), snow mountain char siu bun (lightly sweet and very crumbly coating over sweet tender char siu - filling reminds me of char hung sut manapua ). Other dishes were pretty good 4/5: shrimp and chive dumplings (tasty pieces of shrimp - lots of chives - a little “watery”), beef chow fun (small pieces of beef and chow fun a little dry). 3/5 char siu fried rice (fried rice is usually on the dry side, but this rice was really dry and bland - I had to add some shoyu😳). Overall very good dim sum, prices for the dim sum dishes are very reasonable, other dishes like the fried rice and chow fun were pricey compared to quality (taste factor), dim sum is highly recommended! They get crowded, but the 15-20 minute wait is worth it. Restaurant itself gets crowded, but the service is pretty quick.

It is located at the largest shopping mall in Honolulu. Fantastic and upscale renovation. We visit there hopping to find a place served the authentic Cantonese style chicken. We ordered two different dishes. Texture of the chicken is not as good as local raised chicken. It is plain and soft. Other dishes are not bad though.
