Jack in the Box - Honolulu (S King St)

This place really needs new people or just shut down..I've been a customer for awhile, and I usually tip some of the workers because I know how it is to work hard and deal with rude customers. I try to be polite and smile even when they frown and don't even say "you're welcome" or they take forever to do your order, and get it wrong.😂 There's only one lady i like that I typically give snacks to, but the rest are RUDE. They always talk about you in their own language, they cant even speakEnglish, making you have to repeat yourself a million times, the staff always has an attitude for the simplest things, and the experience overall is just a fat 0. There's been 4 times when I saw the staff get yelled at by a customer ,and it's the exact same thing. You really need to fire these ladies because they dont care. I'll stand at the counter and theyll be in the back hiding or ignoring me when theyre doing nothing but being on their phones. This is really sad and pathetic..please don't go here unless you want someone to be rude..especially the night staff thats so rude and doesnt care at all.

WHY IS THERE NOT AN OPTION FOR NO STARS?? WHERE DO I START? The door says open at 6am. That is not true. Theu open when they want to open the doors. Literally. The whole team seems to be related. I pulled up at 615am. Nothing. No one. I drove to the window and would see them drinking coffee starting to put hair up. I called the restaurant, phone off the hook. I drove back around after witnessing a girl come outside and give food to her friend in the car. The voice on the drive thru said "sorry we are temporarily closed" and turned off the mic. Sent a co worker the next morning for coffee at 620am. He said it was closed and doors were locked. Is this what Hawai'i is coming to? The transplants are letting us know what time they decide to serve us? And they wonder why? My goodness. Is there even a jack n the box in Micronesia? The windows look like they are tinted in dirty hand prints. Gross. No thanks.

Ordered drive thru, when i got home, moldy bread. Everyone there is usually very kind and understanding; however, general food safety is a very real thing. This location could’ve really got someone sick. In cases like this, it’s not personal, I didnt take a refund or a remake. They gave me an apology and offered for the refund but you’ll never see me here again.

NEVER COME AFTER 10PM. You'll end up waiting over 30 minutes just for them to take your order. This is the 3rd time I've sat in line over 40 minutes now. Asked for manager, they said no manager and wouldn't give me a discount. Seriously the worst location and place to get your food after dark. Sorry graveyard shift. 711 is faster than this place, just pack your lunch because they dont care. After wating 1hr, they still got my order wrong. I DIDNT WANT MEAT.

My wife just went to order her food while we were doing laundry. As she walked in, the cashier did not greet her or say hello. She waited at least 10 minutes for a take out order. She ordered an ultimate cheese burger munchie meal with curly fries and tacos. She got a jumbo jack instead. The service was alright. It's upsetting to me that we live in Hawaii and that people are still ignorant of skin color. For me to post this is upsetting because I am a Native wahine who has lived here all her life. To hear that my wife was treated poorly because she is black. Do better Jack in the box.

I stopped by today to try out the Double Jack Burger and found that it was pretty good. The lettuce and tomato was really fresh, unlike the burgers at McDonald. The staff were very friendly and they really seemed like they wanted to help as two of their staff have asked very nicely if I needed any help when I was still looking through their menu on the wall. I will definitely eat here more often from now on.
