Jack in the Box - Honolulu (N School St)

I wanted two chicken sandwiches with egg and bacon added I did not get what I paid for this morning. Lately my order be wrong and I be getting charged a lot what’s happening … can I get a refund or something ??!?!

Your experience here will differ from the time you go and the manager working on that shift. If you go during the mornings and the store manager is there, then you will have a pleasant experience, your order will be correct, and the food presentable/delicious. 10/10 If you go during the afternoon and the assistant manager is there, then you will have a decent experience, your order will be correct most of the time but items will be missing or wrong, and your food will taste good but won't look good. 7/10 If you go during the nights and the regular manager or no manager is there, then your order will take forever to process, the employees will be on their phones, items will be missing, items will be wrong, your food will be cold and tasteless, the quantity of items will be smaller, it will look unappealing, and the service will leave you with a very bad taste in your mouth. 0/10 There is also a language barrier with some of the employees so simple things might turn into bigger issues when you never meant it to be but because they take it a certain way, and now you're the bad guy. You really gotta pick and choose what you wanna experience. Overall, this is a decent spot sometimes but the bad outweighs the good and there is no consistency. Edit: I'm absolutely done with this place and the employees working there. I asked that I did not need a big bag but the lady just stared me down and the cashier just ignored me as if I did something sinful. If they don't want to work there then by all means find a different job. Do not ever make people feel like they are a piece of garbage on the sidewalk. If you want respect, show it.

I ordered a sandwich through the drive-through at 10:45 AM. At 11:05 AM — 20 minutes later — I had to remind a staff member about my order. There were no customers dining in, no line in the drive-through, and at least three workers visible on-site. Only after I reminded them did one worker go check and bring out my sandwich. This level of wait time during an obviously slow period is unacceptable.

If you're ordering online or on their mobile app, try to time it where you pick up your food fairly quickly after they give you the time it will be ready so that your food is still hot or warm. For drive-thru pickup that means factoring in the time it will take waiting in the drive-thru line, which tends to run slow. I recommend their combination/mixed fries offering. It has regular & curly fries and the you get a decent amount for only $3! A deal these days.

It is pretty quick. You get better service with the drive thru, although they do not discourage people from coming in. Food is so expensive these days, but I think a customer gets z good deals here. It's pretty typical, clean, quick, a bit pricey, standard food. It will do.

The box should have stayed closed." I came here because it was one of the only things open late, and honestly, I should have just gone to bed hungry. I ordered a couple of the "tacos," which I’m fairly certain were deep-fried and then left to languish under a heat lamp since the late 90s. The shell had the texture of a shingle, and the "meat" inside was a mystery even by fast-food standards.The service was just as lukewarm as the food. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for five minutes while the staff had a very audible conversation about their weekend plans before anyone even acknowledged I was there. This place is right near the H-1, which is fitting because you’ll want to get on the freeway and get as far away from this location as possible.

I had coupons for Jack in the box and we were not sure where they were? Because we were on the road and Google to find them I noticed that the 1 that I haven't been to for years is Still there. Told my husband " take me home"? Turned right, and I was on my way to Kalihi. Drive there, I was surprised by how the area going there has changed. 😯 I even rubbed the building for its been a long while. My cashier sadly I forgot her name She was wonderful. The receipt that I got was not her name I went back in to ask I told her name but I did let the lady/trainer know that she was wonderful. Jack in the Box puts out good coupons every now and then. Happy to be home.
