Jack in the Box - Honolulu (S King St)

One of the most poorly run fast food places I’ve ever been to. The place is dingy and poorly maintained, the drive-through display is broken and employees are extremely unfriendly. When I pointed out that they gave me regular fries instead of curly fries, the staff member was openly hostile and told me I would have to sit and wait for them to replace it or just accept it and leave. Would give zero stars if I could.

The workers are nice, food is good, but sometimes orders are not fulfilled properly. I notice it happens when they become busy. It may be due to not enough personnel. I hope that changes.

First and last time here. Pulled up to the drive thru, mind you the open signs were lit and their online hours noted them as open for business, only to be met with, "we're closed". Nothing more, no explanation. Avoid at all costs. The broken windows and unpaved parking lot should be enough signs to go to the next Jack in the Box down the street.

Waited almost 20 minutes for a breakfast platter only for a different worker to come ask me what I ordered. During that time I asked to use the restroom but I was told it was broken, five minutes later a girl walked in and im assuming she worked there coz they were all chatting it up laughing then she ask for the restroom key and the dude at the counter gave it to her without hesitation. I then asked about the key but was told it's only for employees not customers smh. Just straight up bad customer service

I tried going to the Jack in the Box at the 1180 King St. location first this afternoon. The doors were locked even though ot was only 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. So then I tried this location about 20 minutes later, and guess what? This place was closed too! Was today some big religious holiday for all the Jack in the Boxes on the island or something, or did they all just go out of business at the same time? So then I tried the Burger King on Mo'ili'ili Street, and had absolutely no problem whatsoever getting in and getting served there. I wished I'd just gone directly there in the first place!

I am a gym guy and I'm not familiar ordering at Jack in the box because I do not order fast-food all the time. however I do find the manager "Jen" Unprofessional. rude and argumentative, at 1525 King st 3:20pm. She claims she sees me there all the time & expect me to know the menu. I ordered a small ice-coffee Macadamia with one pump of syrup flavor only quiet a few times before, but for some reason I could not remember the flavor I ordered. Today I ordered the same one again & she was very impatient trying to rush me over to the window. I was the only customer at the time. maybe a view minutes other customer pass through, but I was not finish telling her my coffee order & she immediately stated the price and told me to go up the window, to my surprise she made a Mocca flavor. My experience had already been terrible, she acted like I Porously do these all the time on when I mention to speak to a manager. She looks at me and said I am the manager. all I was trying to tell her is to be more nicer at the Menu window. Would I consider coming back ? no.

Almost always closed. I put in a mobile order and intend to walk only to find it's closed and it's drive thru only. I guess if you plan to drive you can count on them being useful, otherwise there's a jack in the box a few blocks down maybe try there first. They told me it's a staffing issue, then hire more people and/or give them a reason to show up.

Usually good but today I received my Portuguese Sausage Egg platter with NO EGGS! Very disappointed because that’s what I ordered and it was completely forgotten.

There are two staffs at lunch time weekend. They lock all the door before noon and let new customers not come in. All the new dine in customers went back not buying anything. They locked out bathrooms and excuse it is broken. We couldn’t use bathroom at testayrant and even wash hands. This is not only lazy staffs but also against the law as running restaurant.

Service was good...ish. The Cluck Sandwich was wildly underwhelming. The chicken seemed overcooked. Patty was small. And sauce wasn't really that good. The fries also seem like they were cooked a while ago. Just go to Popeye's if you want a good chicken sandwich.
