Jack in the Box - Honolulu (Ala Moana Blvd)

My first time having Jack in the Box, and I liked it! Busy location but very fast service. Food was good too.

Excited to try Jack in the Box as there aren't any on the east coast where I live. This was in the food court of Ala Moana Mall near the hotel we were staying at. For $20, I had expected just a tad more than the portions seen here. Hand in the picture for reference. The bacon double smash burger, though it had the ingredients listed, was far from advertised. Look up the photos for this burger in the advertisements and compare to this in the actual photo. Meat was dry and salty. Service was fast as it was early on a Saturday so no lunch rush. Over promised, overpriced and under delivered. Kudos to the staff though. They were very friendly and as stated, food did come out fast. However, QC need needs to be evaluated.

After ordering and seeing this employee preparing the food at the back not wearing gloves, 🤢🤢 lose my appetite and will not come here again. Do you guys train your staffs for proper food sanitation? This is a serious health inspection issue! The other employee was wearing gloves, but this woman preparing the food was not wearing gloves and was sticking her hands in all the food trays and even took the patties from the tray with her bare hands!!

Food is good here but its not int the secures place in the city. Several homeless were outside loitering. The issue was a man came inside with a wrench in his hand. I believe the staff were nervous as they went to the back so the customers inside just kinda sat there... but a minute later one of the line workers a tall, younger, built male came to deal with the man. He addressed the wrench and gave him water and two tacos. The man left but it was still scary.

My sister’s order didn’t even get eggs or syrup. She paid 3.39 for a single hash brown. 30 cents for like one onion piece. This is not worth 11$. There are much better places to eat at in the mall for this same price. The photo is what the food looked like before she ate any.

I Like they buttery Jack sandwiches or they 99 cents tacos and curly fries 🍟 and French fries the quality of the service is fast that's why they called it fast food 🍲 the food sounds juicy and tender and salty for they customers eating they at jack in the box at ala Moana center

I was greatly disappointed with this location. I ordered the loco Moco to try the specialty smashed burger. The disappointing part was that after I waited about 4 minutes, the person came out and told me they had no rice left, this wa over 3 hours from closing. I said okay I will still take it, but when I got back to the hotel, I found out they also forgot the onion rings. This probably explained why there was no line up at this location.
