Iass Hawaii Lounge

It is a small air conditioned waiting room. No way a lounge. No food or drinks. Just coffee and soda.

It was nicer than sitting in the gate area, for sure. There were comfortable seats, wifi, and electrical outlets. It can get rather crowded, though. They don't offer food, but that was fine with us. The staff was very friendly.

Small but cozy. And they have everything. Korean Ramen. Musubi. Fruit snack. Different kinda drink. Must stop by place as always. Thanks

The listed directions are wrong.... It's downstairs in the CULTURAL GARDEN not central garden. The stairs and elevators are hidden. It is next door to the Korean Air Lounge. Look for the medical center. Have an evening flight back to the mainland, then just don't look for this lounge as it closes at 6pm

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge itself was clean and comfortable but only offers drinks which is a bit of a let down. They also do not allow you to bring your own snacks in to eat.

Staff is very nice but the lounge lacks facilities and seating not ideal for laptop work. Hot and cold Drinks available. The garden public area is very nice.

Stay away from here. Lol. This is just to have a free non-alcoholic drink and an air-conditioned room other than that that's it. You cannot bring your drinks outside, you cannot eat inside, no food at the site, free wifi tho lol. That's it. Staff members are nice.

Nee Priority Pass lounge at HNL airport. Friendly staff that also speak Japanese. Lounge was full when we visited. Juices, tea and sodas in the fridge. Keurig machine with coffee available. Worst thing - *no food*! There really shouldn't be lounges without food offerings. Access downstairs in the garden areas.

Where to begin. First, no signage so it's impossible to find. I searched for 20 minutes and kept being told "Starbucks and down". There are 2 Starbucks in each section; not helpful at all. No food or snacks are offered and no outside food is allowed, so only drinks. Also, no bathroom inside. One of the most disappointing lounge experiences I've ever had. Sad, even for American lounges.

The lounge is clean, but very minimal is offered. Only juices and sodas are available. No food served and they do not allow outside food to be brought in. It would make a whole world of difference if they just offered some basic snacks. For now, its just a place to plop down. When I was there, the place was packed. This was the only place for priority pass in terminal 2.
