Heavenly Island Lifestyle Waikiki
About
A Slice of Sustainable Paradise in Waikiki
Stepping into Heavenly Island Lifestyle feels like an invitation to a slow-paced morning in the heart of Honolulu. Located just steps away from the iconic Waikiki shoreline, this spot prioritizes local sourcing, bringing the bounty of Hawaii’s farms directly to your plate. The interior leans into an airy, tropical aesthetic with driftwood accents and open windows that invite the salt-kissed ocean breeze inside.
Farm-to-Fork Flavors
The menu reflects a genuine commitment to regional ingredients, characterized by the signature Big Island honey and grass-fed beef that elevate their morning offerings. You will notice the rich aroma of locally roasted coffee beans the moment you enter, a welcome scent that pairs perfectly with their popular eggs benedict or the colorful, fresh island fruit bowls. The chefs here emphasize the natural vitality of the ingredients, steering clear of heavy processing in favor of bright, vibrant plates.
Local Observations
It is worth noting that this popular breakfast and brunch destination operates on a high-energy hum. You might find yourself elbow-to-elbow with surfers and travelers alike, and during peak weekend hours, the queue can stretch out toward the sidewalk. It isn’t a place for hushed, private business meetings, but rather a space for lively conversation fueled by the rhythmic clatter of cutlery and the cheerful chaos of a busy Waikiki morning. If you appreciate a bustling environment that celebrates Hawaii’s agricultural roots, this is a quintessential stop on your island itinerary.

The vive is very calm Presentation was top notch and it was fulfilling. I love going to this local mom and pop eatery. You always get the best treat. Hopefully will definitely come back on our next trip back.

This is right next to Shoreline Hotel and you get a $5 discount for staying at the hotel which is great! The food was amazing. I had the Chocolate Banana French Toast and Kalua Pork BBQ Benedict. Both were amazing. The staff are super friendly and inviting. I went super early so it wasn't too busy but I can see this place filling up super quick for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely return for the friendly staff and great food!!

Heavenly Island Lifestyle was easily one of my favorite dining experiences during my stay in Waikiki. This refreshing organic restaurant, located right in the heart of downtown Waikiki, perfectly combines healthy food, incredible flavor, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Rainbow Falafel Salad Bowl multiple times for lunch because it was just that good. Every ingredient tasted exceptionally fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared. It is not always easy to find a meal that feels both hearty and healthy while still being packed with flavor, but this place absolutely nailed it. The atmosphere was equally wonderful: bright, cheery, relaxing, and inviting. Sitting outside and enjoying such a fresh organic meal in the beautiful Waikiki weather made the experience even better. On top of that, the staff was outstanding: friendly, attentive, genuinely welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or questions. If you are looking for fresh organic food in Waikiki that tastes as amazing as it looks, Heavenly Island Lifestyle is a must-visit. I will absolutely be returning the next time I am in Hawaii. MAHALO!!!

This little gem is tucked on a side street but worth getting off the beaten path for. They offer a three course meal for $40, with full size portions. I had the beet papaya salad, poke bowl, and ginger crème brûlée. The salad was fresh and crisp. The poke bowl was perfect balance of warm rice with tangy pickled vegetables.

Located on the first floor lobby of the Shoreline Waikiki hotel, Heavenly Island Lifestyle is a good spot to grab breakfast lunch or dinner. They also have a small but decently priced happy hour menu. Stopped by for happy hour and Ordered the garlic honey chicken wings, truffle and garlic fries, the papaya arugula salad, and the house made guacamole with corn tortilla chips and purple sweet potato chips. As for the wings, although they were seasoned well, however the wings were extremely small. The papaya arugula salad was nice and refreshing. Hard to find parking and limited to street parking or parking at the Royal Hawaiian shopping plaza.

We made a last minute reservation for dinner and we were so impressed! They were short staffed so it took a while to get seated but once we were seated we were so well taken care of. Our waitress was so attentive and kind. The food came out so fast and was delicious! Would definitely recommend! I got the prix fixe with green salad, surf and turf, kona tiramisu!

This is a beautiful cafe located in the shoreline hotel. The vibe here is amazing We had a reservation and sat outside. The waitress was very friendly. We got our standard açaí bowl and avocado toast with a side of fruit. The açaí bowl was the coconut one and it was super yummy - the most delicious mangoes I have ever had were in this bowl. NGL We also had the coconut matcha which was fantastic but the matcha latte was only okay I would still rank it 100/10 TBH

Very low key but it must be very well known. 10 minute wait for a table. I won't say service was slow - casual is a better word. It was Christmas Day, so everyone was in a good mood (us included). Our server was friendly, polite and very laid back. Drinks were spot on. But the coffee started the meal off great! Food? Not too much - portion sizes were just right, and the taste was out of this world. Only thing keeping me from being a regular is that I live in the Chicago area!

We arrived at 2pm during happy hour, and it was so peaceful and quiet. By around 2:30pm, we were the only table in the restaurant. The food was nice with a mild flavour, which I really enjoyed. I ordered a matcha latte mixed with mango, plus plenty of dishes — we were so full by the end! The bill came to around $95 including tips for two people. Definitely visit during happy hour if you want to enjoy the food and the vibe in a calm, relaxing setting!

This is our third time eating at Heavenly Island Lifestyle. We first came here a few years ago, loved it, and had to come back again. It’s a cozy spot with street parking, a beautiful atmosphere, and nice décor. The food is always fresh and really good. My wife had a matcha latte, I had a mocha latte, and we shared a mango smoothie — all were excellent. I ordered the Loco Moco (beef patty, wild rice, and a fried egg) which I love every time. My wife got the eggs benedict and she really enjoyed it too. Great food, great vibe — we’ll definitely keep coming back.
