The food, lemonade (tasted like it was juiced from lemons), açaí bowl dessert was all delicious paired with an amazing atmosphere and service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple dessert or full meal. Everything gives natural and local ingredients if you’re your healthy lifestyle type.

Beautiful place with nice view and good food. My favorite dishes are back on the menu! And the staff are so much nicer these days. They seem to be trying to improve everything and it’s working. I’ll definitely go back.

Its a 5⭐️raiting for me. Totally fits the vibe of hawaii. Not just another sushi or ramen dish. Love the vibe love the food. Friendly staff as well.

I would like to preface this review by saying that the restaurant and ambiance is 5 🌟, and the service was good but unfortunately, the 🌟 start diminishing from this point forward. I went there for a 10 party birthday lunch today and thought I was going to have a great lunch. I ordered the galbi and my order was the first to come. The problem was that the rest of the orders came to the table over the next twenty to twenty-five minutes. I don't touch my plate till everyone is served. Anyone familiar with dining etiquette knows we don't start eating till everyone has their plate in front of them. Needless to say, my food was cold by the time I started eating. The food was average but that isn't my point. Others at the table were very satisfied with their food. My brother began complaining about the service from the kitchen. Our server wrote off the last meal served, which was extremely gracious of her but it didn't take away from the disappointment of our experience. I understand good help is hard to find but it's no excuse for poor service. The kitchen staff doesn't have to face the patrons so they don't deal with all the negativity they generate. Btw, the last person served had Spam and Eggs Benedict. This was probably my first and last time there. I can't trust that anything will change. Thanks,

Heavenly Island Lifestyle is truly a beautiful place with a fantastic vibe. The atmosphere is amazing, the music creates a great mood, and the staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can really feel that the people working here care about their guests, which makes the experience very pleasant. The only area that could really be improved is the kitchen execution. We came for breakfast and ordered coffee, an arugula salad with bacon, and shakshuka. Unfortunately, the coffee arrived only slightly warm and became cold within just a few minutes, which made it hard to enjoy. The food had a similar issue with temperature. The bacon in my arugula salad was already cold when it was served, and my wife’s shakshuka was also only warm rather than hot. Dishes like these are best when served fresh and hot, so improving the temperature and freshness from the kitchen would make a big difference. Overall, this place has incredible potential because the atmosphere, music, and staff are already wonderful. If the kitchen improves the consistency and temperature of the food and drinks, this restaurant could easily become one of the best spots in the area.

Very cute brunch place with a nice marina view. We ordered the loco moco, mentaiko spaghetti, and breakfast sandwich. The loco patty was soft and flavorful. It’s kind of like the Japanese hambagu. The sauce they made is more like a very gingery slightly sweet teriyaki sauce which was not bad. The mentaiko spaghetti was also pretty good, but we wish that it came with protein options like shrimp or salmon might go well. Lastly, the breakfast sandwich was okay. It reminds me of a fancy McDonald’s egg McMuffin. It comes with cheese, bacon, egg, and 2 pieces hash browns on the side. The bacon is the thick cut and it had a nice Smokey taste. The service was okay, it can be better. Lots of parking spaces, would come here again.

I’m absolutely blown away by this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I’d stepped into a bohemian dream—every corner is beautifully curated with warm tones, earthy textures, and that effortlessly chic, tranquil vibe that just makes you want to stay for hours. The décor alone is worth the visit, but the atmosphere paired with the stunning views truly creates a whole experience. It feels peaceful, stylish, and inviting all at once. The food was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish had its own special twist, and I genuinely savored every bite. It’s rare to find a spot where the ambiance and the food are equally impressive, but this restaurant absolutely nailed both. I already know I’ll be returning because I need to try more of the menu! And I have to add a little side note because yes, I’m officially obsessed with the bathrooms. They are surprisingly spacious, clean, and so chic, which honestly just completes the whole aesthetic. When even the bathroom makes you feel like you’re in a boutique hotel, you know the place is doing something right. Overall, such an amazing experience—beautiful décor, incredible food, peaceful vibe, and thoughtful details everywhere you look. Can’t wait to come back!

We were excited to splurge on a nice steak dinner on our romantic vacation. Instead, we got some of the worst food that we’ve ever paid for. Our waiter was super nice and very helpful which is where the one star comes from. I feel like this place has a lot of potential so here’s a breakdown of my review. First of all - all meal items should come out at the same time. My steak came - ten minutes later my potatoes came - five minutes later my bread came. Meanwhile my husband had NO FOOD? His food also came in phases. Very odd and annoying. Second of all the seating is so impractical - we were sat at a low cushioned couch type seat over a small glass table. It was not easy to eat at and made our backs hurt. Third of all, what is with everything played separately? We barely had room at our table to eat…super annoying! The steaks were overcooked. Mine was almost inedible. My husband ordered medium and it wasn’t just well done - it was over done. The steak itself had no seasoning whatsoever and all the sauces they offer are sweet. So you end up with a sweet hot piece of overcooked bland beef. The mashed potatoes were literally just mashed with butter. They need some liquid, milk or cream. Also some salt, pepper, maybe garlic and onion powder? Paprika goes a long ways…especially since they’re reheated and not fresh - add some liquid. The Brussels sprouts were really undercooked. These could’ve been so good! It was obvious the kitchen was rushing. The garlic bread was smothered in Dill? It tasted like a giant pickle. Which is great if you love pickles but I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known. The steak….oh man…as I said before, both our steaks were under seasoned and overcooked. My husband actually said “IHOP has better steak than this…” The dessert (a custard with fruit) was not good either. The custard was somehow burnt? Obvious it was supposed to be caramelized sugar - instead it was burnt. The best part was the fresh fruit we were careful to scoop out. Considering the steak plates are $55 I would go literally anywhere else before I came back here. I barely touched my food. We grabbed chick fil afterwards.

in a nutshell i would say it's good but not great. the food is on the pricier side considering the portions are relatively moderate, and there's often a wait so it's best to make a reservation in advance. nice vibes if that's what you're going for! i ordered the pesto and enjoyed it except for the addition of macadamia nuts (personal preference, it adds a richness to the pesto that I just wasn't a fan of.) keep in mind it only comes with two shrimp. I would come back just to try their other pastas since I feel that they are reasonably priced. For dessert, I ordered the cheesecake, which was more dense rather than fluffy. I found the topping rather dry (and a little stale?) And it is also very peanut heavy! For these reasons I wasn't too crazy about it and felt like my $10 could have been better spent elsewhere for something sweet ;)

Heavenly in Hawaii Kai has quickly become our go-to spot for date nights, especially when we want to skip the drive into town. Just minutes from home, it offers the perfect mix of convenience and charm. The restaurant has so much character, and the atmosphere always makes for a special experience. I’ve only been for lunch and dinner so far, but I’m excited to try their happy hour menu next! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and if you’re a fan of calamari, you absolutely have to try it—crispy, tender, and delicious. Plus, they had live music during dinner, which added a wonderful touch to the evening. Highly recommend this gem for a cozy meal close to home!
