Harmony Wraps
About
Honolulu’s Go-To Spot for Island-Fresh Wraps
Located in the heart of Honolulu, Harmony Wraps brings a crisp, health-conscious approach to the local lunch scene. If you are wandering through the urban pulse of the city and need a meal that won't weigh you down, this is where the locals grab a quick, nutrient-dense bite.
Crafting the Perfect Island Roll
The signature draw here is the inventive use of locally sourced greens and fresh-caught proteins. Their most popular offering, the Huli-Huli Chicken Wrap, balances the smoky, sweet glaze of traditional Hawaiian barbecue with a crunch of fresh cabbage and house-made aioli. Every wrap is assembled to order, meaning you hear the satisfying snap of fresh produce being chopped just seconds before it hits the tortilla. The kitchen prioritizes farm-to-table sourcing, highlighting ingredients grown on the islands.
The Atmosphere and Local Energy
Expect a casual, fast-paced environment where the scent of toasted tortillas and tropical ginger vinaigrette fills the air. It is the ideal setup for professionals on a quick break or visitors looking to fuel up before a beach session. While the seating is limited and the space can get quite bustling during the midday rush, the efficiency of the staff keeps the line moving steadily. You might find the music a bit upbeat and loud, which adds to the vibrant, energetic mood of the shop. Whether you take your meal to go or find a stool by the window to watch the Honolulu traffic roll by, Harmony Wraps offers a reliable, fresh alternative to the standard heavy plate lunch.

Friendly customer service, but unfortunately the food did not meet expectations. The location was difficult to find at night because the GPS leads nearby and there are no visible signs for the ghost kitchen. The falafel was very dry, the pita and fries were cold, and the meat platter had much more fat than expected. I appreciate the respectful response from the staff, but overall the experience was disappointing.

I was looking for something I hadn't tried before, that was grilled or baked, and I discovered this place. I got the chicken kebab wrap. So much food. At least two meals for me, but I ended up sharing the sandwich and both me and my mom loved it. Flavorful marinated chicken chunks, creamy toum, pickled and roasted veggies, and the lavash was like nothing I've had before. Better than a tortilla, far more interesting than a hamburger bun. I plan to reorder. Maybe try a different meat.

FOOD WAS GOOD. DOWNFALL: Well Over 30min wait :—/ I was tight for time & wouldn’t have ordered of if I knew in advance. Since you have to order at kiosk, you should be able to put in your cell phone number so you can get an alert when your order is ready for pick up….That may help so u can do other things or even relax and enjoy a beer at the places bar! P ark Bar Oahu Happy Hour 11am-6pm.

We ordered the chicken kebab wrap, koshary, and fries. horrible food. I don't understand how this place got 4.6 rating. we could not even finish the meal. The worst of all was the fries. those were burned, oily and had a bitter taste. I can't even imagine how possible one would mess up making fries. It was the very first time ever my kid to say no to fries!!

Update: After posting this review, the owner repeatedly called and texted me instead of responding publicly here. I explained my experience once and asked him to stop contacting me. The continued contact made me uncomfortable I ordered four different items and only received one fork. The kofta was absolutely disgusting. As someone who is Middle Eastern, I was honestly embarrassed by the quality. The chicken wrap was a complete mess, filled with chicken skin and very poorly prepared. Now it makes sense why they only offer pickup or delivery. I’m 100% convinced the reviews are fake. This was the worst food I’ve ever had.

Pricey. There are only a couple items I felt were worth the price: 1. Chicken wrap- delicious, larger portion size, would recommend! 2. Falafel- would recommend. 3. Hummus- very smooth, high quality hummus. What we didn’t like: 1. Brisket bowl- bland, way too much rice and not enough meat, too expensive for what you get. 2. Mezze box- too salty and fries were not crispy enough. 3. Lamb wrap- way too much sauce making it sweet

Middle Eats is great! I love when they go to the market on the first Saturday of the month and they make their food there, Chef Askar (sorry if I misspelled his name) hes so nice and charismatic. My fiancé and I got two different wraps. I got chicken and he got lamb. The wraps were soooo good! That I ended up getting two wraps that day for myself 😅🙈 their chicken wrap is really good as well as their lamb one😍 They're to die for especially with the spicy harissa sauce🤤❤️ We also made a pick up order a few days ago and the food was even better. This place doesn't disappointed at all. it's so good my fiancé and I didn't even talk while we were eating cause it's that delicious. Oh! And for sure get some of their kibbeh batatas to enjoy your main food with cause they so flavorful🤤 and soooo good, fr, no regrets. We were so happy after eating it. The food was great, the quality was amazing, and everybody who works there are very nice. I recommend this place 100%

Absolutely blown away. I haven’t been this happy about food in a long time—especially in Hawaii, where I’ve honestly had more misses than hits. But this? This is not that. Every bite was straight-up delightful. I got the brisket wrap, my girlfriend had the chicken kebab wrap, and we both couldn’t stop smiling. Heads up: you can’t actually access the place, you have to call them when you arrive, and they’ll come down to meet you since you can’t get into the building yourself. But honestly, when I heard that, I thought, if the food’s made behind secure doors, it’s probably next-level. And it is. Thank you—this was ridiculously good.

I truly enjoyed the authenticity of the middle eastern food 🥘 at Middle Eat, which is one of my favorite cuisines from a child 👧, even though I was raised and born on O’ahu, I was fortunate enough to be exposed to middle eastern fine dining through traveling! This is thee most tasteful and savory restaurant on the islands, and I am so fortunate to have access to Middle Eat anytime I want it! You must try the Mezze box 📦 it’s just right, not too little but just right and fresh too! Great 👍 for the beach 🏖️ Also the Lamb Kofta big wrap Yummy 😋 Along with the Falafel 🥙 big wrap! Another great 👍 to go and healthy wrap! Thank You 🙏 to the owner and staff for such a nice 👍 dinner 🥘 that I stumbled on through Door 🚪 Dash. Mahalo Nui Loa, D. Olivier P.S. Don’t forget they have Happy 😃 Hour food 🍱 prices too xoxoxox :) Thank You Middle Eat.

My husband randomly craved a chicken shawarma, so I google maps shawarma and middle eats popped up. Curious, we ordered chicken and beef brisket. The wait was longer than expected but after just the first bite, it was well worth it!!! Definitely will order something else next time as the flavors were all there, very delicious!
