We decided on a last minute staycation and we were absolutely shocked at the beauty of the room itself. I was not expecting the tiny kitchen, the huge bathroom, the size of the room to be what it was. Everything was perfect! We got ocean view and it was stunning. Honestly the best last minute decision ever. Everyone was so nice, and made me laugh. 🥹🌸 Also! Beds were very comfortable with good pillows. Usually I’d rather just be in my own bed, own home, but this is top notch 💯

Ritz-Carlton is my favorite hotel in Waikiki. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they all come with great views of the ocean. We’ve stayed in both an oceanfront suite and a deluxe oceanfront suite (which feels like it’s twice as big as a regular suite). I love how quiet and secluded this hotel feels. It’s a short walk to the more crowded parts of Waikiki but feels so much more relaxing. As a mom of two little kids, I appreciate the washer/dryer, fridge, and kitchenette. The rooms also come fully stocked with dishes, utensils, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent. The team here also will assist if you need any additional baby gear (crib, diaper genie, high chair). We also traveled with extended family, and they made sure to get us multiple rooms that were near each other. Best part of Ritz Carlton is definitely the staff. Concierge (Tyler, Luis, Aiko) is friendly and helped us snag some reservations that were harder to get. Housekeeping seemed to figure out our daily schedule (including an earlyish bedtime) and always took care of our rooms when we were gone. Summer at the restaurant was so friendly and attentive, and the other waiters/waitresses even remembered my family’s specific preferences. I forget her name, but one lady realized my husband joined us late for breakfast every morning and would wait to pour his coffee so it’d be hot. Vince at the pool was extremely accommodating and set up a private area for me to nurse my daughter. Valet is always fast to get your car. And the bellhop team was phenomenal. Allen, Zach, and Lance were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took great care of my family and our millions of requests. (My son says that Mr Lance was the best part of his trip to Hawaii!) My family and I won’t stay anywhere else when we visit. I can’t rave about it enough. Ritz Carlton is truly the best hotel in Waikiki.

It is always such a pleasure to stay at Ritz Waikiki and it was our 3rd visit to the hotel for our 3rd anniversary. The lobby, pool, restaurants and rooms are always so clean and exceed our expectations. But it was always a bit awkward to find out that the hotel didn’t seem to track their returning customers. But this time, Lisa at the welcoming area on the first floor figured (from our conversations) that we chose the Ritz again for our anniversary trip this year, she welcomed us so warmly and made our stay much more special and memorable. Her sweet letter made my heart so happy and we were so pleased and grateful for being welcomed this warmly by Lisa. All other staff at the lobby, restaurants etc were very nice too but my special thanks go to Lisa. Thank you for making our anniversary trip more special this year. We are definitely going back to the Ritz next year as well.

OMG! We loved our stay! This property is amazing. The staff makes you feel like Royals treating you so well and addressing your needs as if they were their absolute priority. Everyone was fantastic- reception, concierge desk, pool guys, and the most special shoutout to our wonderful Housekeeping Team of the 17th floor (1703). My husband is a Marriott Platinum Elite member and we do travel a lot. This level of service is rare. I even feel a little greedy sharing this gem. Amazing stay. Arrival/check in was quick and simple, start off with a lei/beads. All staff members were friendly. The service here is what stands out, towels and lounge chairs by the pool are set up for your comfort. Location was good if you plan on shopping and dining. Flew in for my Honeymoon and staff were able to offer something special for the occasion. Used a corporate discount and the price was fair if you compared other 5 star hotels in the area.

Escorted a group of Japanese tourists here today. The welcome reception was amazing! There were three staff waiting to guide the transportation as we arrived. The team work was amazing! The guests were greeted with a smidge of different unique flavors of ice cream! So refreshing on a hot and muggy day. It can be predicted that The Ritz Waikiki will be a popular choice for discerning travels for years to come!

Truly one of the best Ritz Carlton properties I've stayed at. From the moment I got off my car at check-in, to the moment I checked out, everything was perfect and seamless. The check-in process was warm and welcoming, and the friendliness of all employees is immediately evident. The room was very well appointed, with beautiful amenities and finishes. The bed was extremely comfy! The pool was great, had a beautiful view of the city and beach, and the food was great as well. The same can be said for in-room dining meals, they were all fantastic! The location of the hotel is great as well. It's quiet, but only a 5 minute walk to the main streets of Waikiki Beach. Can't wait for my next visit to this property :)

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, shops , restaurants, etc. Room was nice, great views. The bell desk and concierge were super helpful and friendly. Check in was a bit slow other than that everything was good.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki exceeded every expectation.
