First time experiencing Jollibee. Food was good, wish I could have gotten more of a sampler of many things on the menu since I dont know when I will ever be around another Jollibee. My only thing is I was on a time crunch and the wait was significant. This seems normal because they had a question lines prepared just for people to wait for their food. Could be because of the quantity they are doing, but it was still a personal long wait time for me. Would go again and tried a fried pie! You should too.

Jollibee is already fantastic, but this place was so efficient with how quickly we placed or our order and received it compared to other locations we’ve been to. The found court can be kinda hectic, go sit upstairs a few floors up instead and watch the performances on stage below instead

I love jolibee way more than KFC! The chicken was spicy (because I ordered it to be) and crispy. Not greasy at all, staff was efficient in bringing the food out quickly, and the Ube pie was the perfect desert to conclude the meal. Be sure to dip the chicken in the brown gravy as it's a game changer in complementing the meal.

Flew to Oahu from Kauai for this– taste of home. I'm glad that everything tasted like the Jollibees from the Philippines. Was kinda disappointed when I tried the fried chicken & jolly spaghetti in London and in Rome, but I'm glad everything tasted the way they're supposed to taste out here. Dined in for lunch, then also ordered for to go to bring back to Kauai 🥰

Ok burger. I ordered the Angus aloha Burger. It was nothing special. Just a burger with a piece of pineapple slapped on it. Flavor was okay. Could have used more salt.

Had the best experience every time i come here. Our food was served piping hot. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken was very tender too so the meat falls off the bone easily! The spicy chicken has a decent kick and great seasoning. Add it with gravy and it taste great! I think the mashed potatoes in general is fine nothing crazy. Peach mango pie is crispy and sweet on the inside so i recommend that. Their fries are pretty okay so i would just come here for the chicken to be fair. Service was good they seemed pretty stressed out from the rush so i understand that. The food court from that day we went didnt smell that great so i dont know whats up with that. So just buy it to go because seating is difficult to find on a busy day and the stench was bad too

Tried the spicy chicken joy, 6 pieces with gravy for $18.99, and it was good. The chicken was juicy and tasted very good and they tasted even better with the gravy. The service was very efficient and friendly.

Tried JolliBee Ala Moana for the very first time and WOW!!! Deliciously spicy and crispy! This is hands down the Best spicy fried chicken I’ve ever had!!! Picked up carry out and enjoyed the spicy Chix sandwich and bucket o chicken on our lanai. Excellent food and friendly counter service. Get yourself any of their spicy chicken and you’ll understand what I’m saying. Mahalo and Thank You to the entire staff@ JolliBee!!!

Located in the Makai Food Court. Fast service and accurate order. We had the Angus Deluxe Burger + Fries w/ Pineapple Quencher & 3Pc Chicken Tenders + Mashed Potatoes + Ube Pie. It was the first time I ordered fries, but next time I'm ordering mashed potatoes! The Angus burger deluxe with the lettuce and tomato was so worth it!
