I don't know how I didn't come here sooner, everything was amazing. Get anything that has mochi waffle! The mochi waffle Benedict was out of this world. This is a hidden gem and I need to come back to try more mochi waffle items :)

I recently checked out Fresh Bites Hawaii and had a meal that really blew me away. I decided to try the Portuguese sausage eggs benedict, and it was honestly amazing. One of the coolest parts about this place is how they handle their benedicts. Instead of a traditional English muffin, they use mochi waffles as the base. I wasn't entirely sure how that would work out, but the texture was perfect. The waffles had that slight chewiness you expect from mochi, which held up really well under the hollandaise sauce and the eggs. I'm not 100% sure if the entire restaurant is gluten free, but having that mochi waffle option is a huge plus for anyone looking to avoid wheat. It felt like a much more interesting version of a standard benedict. The flavors were spot on too; the Portuguese sausage had a nice little kick to it, and everything felt very fresh and well-prepared. The overall quality of the food was high, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into their ingredients. Even if you aren't strictly looking for gluten free options, the mochi waffle base is worth trying just for the flavor and texture alone. It is a great little spot for a relaxed breakfast or brunch, and I left feeling really satisfied with my choice. I’m definitely looking forward to going back and seeing what else they can do with those waffles.

Found this place by accident. Was walking around area to go to another restaurant and saw the menu and instantly went inside. The ambiance and service was fast and attentive. Our servers were super nice and very friendly. Was so happy we ending up trying this restaurant. I went with my girlfriend and we both got the sunrise don and new bites don. After eating I was so hungry I got another bowl, the new bites don. The açaí is also really yummy for the price and portion. This will be a restaurant that we will be going back to again. If you’re ever in the area be sure to try this place out. I never write reviews but this deserved one. You have to come 🤙🏾

Such a polite and friendly staff member took our order and gave great recommendations. The whole atmosphere felt very welcoming. The waffles were absolutely amazing highly recommend trying them 😍 We also got the tempura bowl and it was delicious. Overall, such a tasty and friendly spot. Definitely worth visiting. This is our go to place for the week

What a cool meal, I love trying new things and my sandwich was so different and flavourful. I have never had a mochi waffle before and I really like the lightness of it- I enjoyed every bite of it. It is a total hidden gem!

This looks like a little hole in the wall and let me tell you what this is by far. The best Benedict I’ve ever had in my life. The smoked salmon was divine. It was light not too filling definitely worth the money. I highly recommend anyone. Come check this restaurant

I loved this find while out with my feriend. The food and service quality is amazing. I ordered the New Kai Don and I swear it healed me. The music inside felt really relaxing and calming. While it was run by one person, the person serving you really makes you feel welcome. I would go again because of the price and quality of the food!

Dined in at this restaurant recently, the staff was very kind and quick with service. The variety of dishes on the menu was nice with different prices, savory, and sweet dishes. I order the hot kake udon with was very cheap and tasted really good! The atmosphere was very calm with nice decorations and quiet music.

The perfect little breakfast/lunch place!! The restaurant itself is family run so it is pretty small, but they were very kind and attentive. The food itself is very fresh and everything is home made, and we didn’t have to wait super long for our food either.We loved every bites ❤️

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The food and drinks were delicious and offered great value. The service was impeccable—our server was incredibly kind. This place is truly a gem. I would give more than five stars if I could. We’ll definitely be back soon.
