Their service is awful. It was a restaurant for the complimentary breakfast of Ambassador Hilton. We ordered Acai ball, yogurt, and Iced Matcha latte to go for our second day breakfast. As you can see in the picture, it’s just all preset except matcha latte. It took 20mins total since we made an order. Before that, we asked the server how long takes for the kitchen, which we didn’t want to get late for our next appointment. She never came back to us. After 10mins later, we tried to check if the food comes late, so we asked another server, she did her thing and also never came back.

Food is good but this is a small location and has minimal staff the whole day. Nice people. Decent food, but not outstanding. A little slow. I would visit again. Note large parties probably will have trouble getting seated.

Love this little restaurant next to the Ambassador hotel! We eat here everytime we stay at the Ambassador. As a Hilton team member, you get half off food and non-alcoholic drinks. They serve breakfast, lunch, mid-day happy hour and dinner. On our last visit, we got the ulu artichoke dip and a couple mocktails and everything was soo good! Kama always gives the best service!

We absolutely LOVED the pizza here! Best pizza we’ve tasted in a long long time! My favorite is the Verde! My husband got the Daivola and then we tried the Bianco! Freshly made, crispy and tasty crust, the flavor is unmatched. Great staff. The ambience is great for casual or intimate date nights or family fun. Highly recommend!!! The feel goes right along with the Ambassador Hotel! This will be a fave for a long time!!

My husband, golden retriever and I stayed at the ambassador hotel (the attached hotel to this restaurant) for 60 days and this place was the highlight of our stay. Every single staff member is incredibly accommodating and personable. This place can get crowded and they work hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I got coffee almost every morning and the baristas are fast and kind. The happy hour food and drinks are well priced for Hawaii and perfect for a quick bite. The bar tenders (shout out to specifically to Kama and the manager Brandon, but everyone is so wonderful) are exactly who you want serving you a drink on vacation. They are funny, engaging and have great recommendations for things to see on your vacation. They remember our names and feel like friends we’ve known for years at this point. We stayed for thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s and they have specials for each occasion. We’ll absolutely be back! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Every single one of them are incredible and exude the spirit of Aloha

Great food and very well thought out drinks. I would consider their drinks to be up there with some of the top tier mixologists around this location. Meatballs were very tender and flavorful. Pesto for the cheesy bread is insane. If you've been looking for good food and drinks but no where has hit the mark yet, this is the spot to visit.

Yummy, healthy food and fantastic service in a surprisingly spacious yet intimate environment (with both indoor and outdoor seating). Braelynn took excellent care of me and my friends, and Alex was a fantastic bartender. We only had brunch during this stay but will definitely be back to stay at the hotel and dine here again.

We enjoyed our breakfast here and the staff was friendly. The food was decent, maybe a little overpriced. I ordered the avocado toast with a hash-brown and my husband ordered the Hua toast. The avocado toast had a lot of arugula and a generous amount of avocado. The hash-brown was a much smaller portion than expected. My husband really enjoyed the Hua toast.

We really enjoyed our visit to Java Retail Saun in Waikiki! The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming — perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. You can sit either outside and enjoy the breeze, or indoors if you prefer a quieter vibe. One thing we especially appreciated was that our coffee was brought to us at the table. That’s a nice touch, since most places usually ask you to pick it up yourself. The service here felt thoughtful and pleasant. There’s also a small bar inside, which is great if you’re in the mood for something stronger than coffee. You can see it clearly in the photos — it adds a nice, stylish touch to the café. Whether you want a coffee break, a light snack, or a relaxing drink, Java Retail Saun is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend!

Favorite Son All Kine Food at the Ambassador Hotel is the spot! The pizza was super tasty—crispy crust, great flavor, and just all around delicious. Big shoutout to Ashley for the awesome service—super friendly and on top of everything. Chill vibes and good food. Keep it up!
